Elizabthtown’s Ellie Taylor has been a hot name with coaches. She is now up to 4 D-1 offers as Northern Kentucky, Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and Austin Peay all offered in the last week. Radford was the first school to offer Ellie back in June. With Whitney Hay also in the fold, Elizabethtown is one of the favorites to compete for a state title in Rupp Arena in March.
Mercy’s Taziah Jenks has been one of the biggest names with coaches this live period and she has started to stack some really good offers. Villanova, Seton Hall, Rutgers, West Virginia and Penn State have all offered in the last 2 days while George Washington, Florida Gulf Coast, Illinois, Ball State, Toledo, Cincinnati, Xavier and Marshall have all offered previously. Jenks is one of the best prospects in Kentucky and coaches have taken notice.
Scott County Senior Malea Williams is another of our top ranked 2020s and she is up into the double figures in college offers. Just yesterday, Southern Miss and Syracuse offered the forward from Georgetown. Her current offer list includes: Vanderbilt, Eastern Carolina, Marshall, Dayton, St. Johns, Boston College, Florida Atlantic, Austin Peay, Georgia, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Malea is one of the best unsigned players in the Commonwealth.
Barren County star Elizabeth Bertram was offered a roster spot at Centre College this past weekend. They join Montevallo and Lindsey Wilson on Elizabeth’s offer list.
Dayja Evans of Pleasure Ridge Park has received an offer from Oakland City University. That is Dayja’s first reported offer and she should continue to get recruited as part of the Louisville Legends women’s program.
Coming off a big time performance at the Run 4 the Roses, Laci Reinhart received an offer from Oakland City as well. Reinhart is a key player with Kentucky Storm Elite and should see some more offers come her way before signing day.
Oakland City was busy offering Kentuckians after the Run 4 the Roses ended. They also came through with a scholarship offer for Rory O’Hara. O’Hara is only a Junior and should have a huge season for Highlands.
Pikeville is another school who recruits our state hard. They offered 2020 Payton Cronen from Assumption last week. Payton has been playing well with Sky Digg Elite 17u.
Another Pikeville offer was handed to Grant County’s Abby West. West runs with Kentucky Premier – Souder for AAU.
