Parker Montgomery Community Outreach – Its Bigger Than Basketball

<span style="font-size: 14pt">Its Bigger Than Basketball for <strong>Parker Montgomery</strong>, working with <strong>NIKE</strong> on their community outreach program to help promote positivity and empowerment in the certain neighborhoods.  Parker Montgomery is a <strong>Future Varsity Program Leader</strong> for NIke Basketball, she is in a six-month program that is suppose to inspire the youth in communities thru sports.  She is also an <strong>LA Sparks Ambassador program leader</strong> that also links players and mentors to young girls who need the guidance and she also does camps and clinics to connect with kids in her community.  Lets talk about, <strong>2020, 5'10, CG, Marlborough HS, Parker Montgomery</strong> (Major interest from multiple schools) is a grind it out type guard, she can score in many ways, whether it be driving to the rim, shooting the midrange and hitting the three ball, she is the prototypical guard you need on your team, because of the toughness and her determination to win.</span> <span style="font-size: 14pt">She played her club season this Spring and Summer with <strong>West Coast Premier</strong>, she was instrumental in helping their team in wins this season and should carry on into the high school season.  She is a scorer, she averaged about 18 pts last season for her team and played multiple roles to help achieve their wins in the season.  Parker helped lead <strong>Marlborough HS</strong> to a <strong>(19-7 Season record and 3-4 Mission League standing to take 3rd)</strong> that would be enough to get them to the <strong>CIFSS 2A Division playoffs</strong> and get a win over <strong>Summit (20-8 and 10-0 Sunkist League Champion)</strong> with a score of <strong>72-56</strong> on Summits home floor.  That win would catapult Parker and Marlborough to the <strong>2nd round of the CIFSS 2A Division playoff</strong> game versus <strong>Santa Margarita HS</strong> <strong>(20-11 Season record and 1-3 in Trinity League play) </strong>this game would end in a loss for Parker and Marlborough with a score of 47-40, ending their season.  </span> <span style="font-size: 14pt">As you can see, Parker Montgomery has a lot of things going for her, not just in the basketball world, but in life as well.  She is paving a great road for herself and setting her life up with great success.  When you are able to work with a large company like NIKE Inc., you are setting yourself up for a great career choice in the future.  One thing I can say about working with a company like NIKE Inc., they take care of their own and they do it very well.  With all of the experience and knowledge they are teaching this young lady now, it will come in handy when it is time for her to put down the basketball.  I would love for my daughter to have something like this in her life to mentor her and to guide her to something great in the future.  Parker Montgomery is a community leader and it suits her well.  </span> &nbsp;
