Each ranking update varies in how many new prospects we add to it based off how many new players we got a chance to properly evaluate during that time frame. Typically, new prospects won’t be added off of a one time evaluation, usually takes a couple of runs for me to feel comfortable about placing them on the rankings list.
Sierra Mitchell 6’1 2022 F Peoria
Sierra is one of the only new faces of the 2022 class. Mitchell has a lot of size and athleticism, especially when you consider how young she is. She isn’t quite there yet but based off of potential and size alone, you can expect to see a top 15 spot.
Kahmil Pierre 6’5 2023 F Perry
Kahmil has so much potential it is scary. She is already 6’5 as a freshman! She looks a little unsure of herself at times, lacking a bit of confidence. As she gets more comfortable at her size, gains confidence, and some skill work…she will turn into a top tier prospect. Expect a top 10 debut.
Abby Ostlie 5’7 2023 G Chaparral
Ostlie is already a physical specimen. She has a really good frame, good height, and is strong. I think she could eventually turn into a really good guard like her older sister, Anna Ostlie. Look for Ostlie to make a top 10 appearance.
Sia Jonet-Burley 5’5 2023 G Poston Butte
Sia is a ball of energy and aggression. She might be the most aggressive player I’ve seen in the class. Athleticism and effort are off the charts. Sia just needs to get a bit more consistent and a bit more skilled before climbing up the rankings.
