POLL: Player of the Week (Week 11)
The season is winding down and so are the Player of the Week polls. Voting ends at noon eastern on Friday. Here are this week’s nominees:
Kylie Jackson, Green County – In a win over Adair County, she posted 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Then had 25 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists against Central Hardin.
Lucy Patterson, Warren East – In a win over South Warren, she had 16 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals, 3 assists and 3 blocks. Against Bowling Green, she had 30 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in a 1 point loss.
Sara Ritter, Whitefield Academy – Only an 8th grader, Sara had 23 points and 2 rebounds in a loss to Washington County then 17 points in a loss to LaRue County.
Mariah Jones, PRP – The Panthers went 3-0 on the week and she had 20 points and 9 rebounds against South Oldham, 18 points and 6 rebounds against Bullitt Central and 19 points and 4 rebounds against Western.
Ella White, Henry County – She posted 17 points and 4 rebounds in a loss to Lloyd Memorial, 23 points and 4 rebounds in a loss to Trimble County and 33 points and 4 rebounds in a win over Jackson City.
Kyera Thornsbury, Belfy – She had 8 points and 10 rebounds in a narrow loss to Martin County and 24 points and 5 rebounds in a loss to Perry County Central.
Jenna Gallimore, Meade County – In a win over McLean County, she scored 22 points and added 2 rebounds, 2 steals and 3 assists. Against Nelson County she had 13 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds and 4 steals in another win.
