First Team
Colleen McQuillen Colleen McQuillen 5'10" | SG Cresskill | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Cresskill: This was a no-brainer. McQuillen was one of the top scorers in the state with 737 total points for an average of 25.4 per game. She is a pure scorer at all three levels. McQuillen knocked down 65 three’s this season and got to the free throw line with regularity, making 120 of them. This is a player who will have eyes on her all throughout her senior season. McQuillen is a true difference maker.
Damaris Rodriguez Damaris Rodriguez 5'5" | PG Secaucus | 2020 State NJ (2022) | Secaucus: There were many players in this conference near the top of the state in certain stats. Rodriguez was one of them with 7.3 assists per game. She was a true point guard for Secaucus and will continue to be over her final two years. Rodriguez averaged 18.6 points to go along with her dazzling assist numbers.
Jasmine McDuffie Jasmine McDuffie 5'11" | PF Manchester Regional | 2020 State NJ (2020) | Manchester Regional: McDuffie was a versatile player for Manchester Regional. She averaged 16.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. She could step out and shoot or score from the inside. McDuffie hit 47 three’s during her senior year.
Jaylene Ferrer Jaylene Ferrer 5'7" | CG Elmwood Park | 2022 State NJ (2022) | Elmwood Park: Ferrer is another outstanding sophomore. She led Elmwood Park in scoring and rebounding this season. She scored 16.2 points and grabbed five rebounds per contest. Ferrer is a player with an extremely high ceiling that will improve over the next two years tremendously.
Livia Ramos (2021) | Ridgefield: Ramos was dominant scorer in the lane this season. She was near the top of the conference with 19.6 per game and she did most of her work inside and from the line. She made 115 free throws this season which means she had a knack of drawing contact and finishing using her strength.
