Mattie Schimenz | Brown Deer | Senior | 5’8 PG
A true point guard for Brown Deer, Schimenz is a threat on every spot on the floor. On offense, she’s incredibly effective. She moves without the ball and has a good shot off the pass. Schimenz also does a good job creating space for herself and attacking the basket or stepping back for a three point basket. The Winona State commit averaged 17 points and 5.9 assists per game. Schimenz earned Player of the Year this season.
Kayla Tierney Kayla Tierney 5'6" | CG South Milwaukee | 2020 State WI | South Milwaukee | Senior | 5’6 G
Helping lead her team to the number one spot in the conference was Tierney. Her style of play is very patient and poised. She finds her shot well. She developed into a successful passer this season, finding her teammates open when she was double teamed. She averaged 10 points and 3.8 assists per game. Tierney played quick and scrappy defense as well, averaging 3.8 steals per game. Tierney is committed to Northern Michigan.
Alexis McNack | Milwaukee Lutheran | Junior | 5’9 PG
A total athlete with the ability to score anywhere on the floor. McNack is a shooter. Off the pass or off the dribble, she will pull up from anywhere. She’s lanky and has the ability to shoot over defenders. She has a quick pull up mid range jumper that is nearly impossible to stop. She averaged 20 points per game for her squad.
Christina Kelley | Whitnall | Senior | 5’6 PG
Helping lead her team to second in conference play this season was the versatile guard. She averaged 13.3 points per game. She’s super scrappy on defense and causes multiple turnovers per game. She was a floor general for her team and set the pace of the offense. She is committed to NAIA Trinity Christian College.
Gabrielle Wolff | Whitnall | Senior | 5’9 F
The senior averaged 12.8 points per game this year. Wolff developed into an offensive threat this season. She had a great in and out game with Kelley, Wolff did a great job playing her position. Undersized for a forward she used her strength and footwork to score around defenders. Wolff is committed to Aurora University.
Allison Hampel Allison Hampel 6'0" | PF Greenfield | 2023 State WI | Greenfield | Freshman | 5’10 F
The lone freshman on the list had a huge first year of Varsity basketball. A rebounding specialist, Hampel grabs the ball off the rim with authority. She averaged 13.2 rebounds per game for her squad. She is fast in transition and knows her spots to score the ball. She has great face up moves, and developed a nice reverse pivot jumper late season. Hampel averaged 16.8 points per game and shot 53% from the floor overall.
