This list will highlight the Top Unsigned Guards in Raleigh/Durham, NC
- Skylar Quillett – 5’6” – Southeast Raleigh High School – We knew Southeast Raleigh would need some new players to step up on their way back to the Championship game. Skylar stepped into the backcourt and it was a seamless transition. This season allowed her to handle the Point Guard duties and distribute to 2020 – Jamia Hazell Jamia Hazell 5'8" | CG Southeast Raleigh | 2020 State NC and 2022 – Bobbi Smith Bobbi Smith 5'9" | CG Southeast Raleigh | 2022 State NC on the wings, she has great form and range on her shot and it showed in the NCHSAA State playoffs as she helped lead this group to a 27 – 1 Season and a 4A State Championship.
- Diamond Thomas Diamond Thomas 5'4" | PG Knightdale | 2021 NC – 5’4” – Knightdale High School – Scoring Point Guard that is a high energy and High IQ player, knows how to make things happen on both sides of the floor. Strong ball handler that uses it to create opportunities for herself and others, uses her quickness on the defensive side to create steal opportunities. Averaged 22.9 Pts – 6.5 Reb – 3.3 Stl during her junior year while leading her team to a 19 – 8 record and the 2nd round of the NCHSAA 4A State Playoffs.
- Miracle Cornell – 5’10” – Franklinton High School – Athletic player that has a college ready frame, uses her strength to finish at the rim against contact but is quick enough to go around people on the perimeter. Averaged 14.6 Pts – 7.1 Reb – 2.3 Ast – during her Junior year and led her Franklinton team to a 12 – 13 record and the 1st round of the NCHSAA 3A State playoffs. Miracle is a player that can add many things to a college roster and I expect her recruiting to pick up this summer & fall.
- Jayde Gamble – 5’7” – Holly Springs High School – Long, athletic Guard that can play on or off the ball, has been able to lead her team to 3 consecutive conference championships. Loves to get out in transition and attack the basket, also has the ability to hit open perimeter shots if left alone. Averaged 15.3 Pts – 3.7 Ast – 3.6 Stl – also stepped into more of a leadership role with fellow 2021 – Taleah Stephens Taleah Stephens 6'1" | SF Holly Springs | 2021 NC (Campbell Verbal) going down early in the season, to help her them finish 19 – 8 and make the 2nd round of the NCHSAA 4A Playoffs
