Amber Burton Amber Burton 5'11" | PF Dreher | 2021 State SC : The 5’11 forward from Dreher high school was an all region selection her sophomore season. Nearly averaging a double-double this last season, she is an athletic forward who can stretch the floor with her mid-range game. She moves well without the ball, finding open gaps in the defense, she can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim and takes the contact to be able to finish. She does not consistently shoot the 3 ball well, but she does with the mid-range so you have to guard her from 16 feet out. She is tough on the boards, out jumps everyone else and finishes over and around them. She plays AAU for the Palmetto 76ers.
Kourtney English Kourtney English 5'10" | PF Dreher | 2021 State SC : The 5’9 guard from Dreher high school is another good athlete who nearly averaged a double-double this last season. Averaging nearly 4 steals per game, is how she gets her easy buckets. She harasses whoever she is guarding, traps with her teammates and does not let the offense out. She gets to the rim with ease, and the free throw line (attempting over 100 this last season). While capable of shooting the 3, she is not as consistent from there. She plays AAU for the Palmetto 76ers.
LaRonda Quattlebaum LaRonda Quattlebaum 5'7" | CG A.C. Flora | 2021 State SC : The 5’4 guard from AC Flora high school is a high motor and IQ player. She plays hard from start to finish, and is a strong lead guard. Again her easy buckets come from averaging 4 steals per game, or they create easy buckets for her teammates. She will guard her opponent baseline to baseline if it is asked of her. She gets downhill and into the paint quickly where she is crafty to make plays for herself, or teammates. She shoots the 3 ball consistently enough, but did not attempt that many on the season. And despite her size and position, she is a good rebounding guard right at 4 per game.
