We will tell you a little about them and talk about what they do well on the floor for coaches to pay attention too. Here we go, hope you enjoy the evaluations of these recognized girls.
#15 – 2021, 6’0, SF, Redwood HS, Kylie Horstmeyer Kylie Horstmeyer 6'0" | SG Redwood City | 2021 State CA – (Committed to USD) Kylie is multi skilled in the paint and on the perimeter, she can break you down off the dribble or pull up a midrange shot in your face. She runs the floor like a guard and is agile in the open floor, she is skilled down low as well with both hands and is a threat to score each every time she has the ball. She will need to be more of a defender in college, but she is not having those types of problems right now at the high school and club level.
#20 – 2021, 5’11, SF, San Joaquin Memorial HS, Angela Whitfield Angela Whitfield 5'11" | SF San Joaquin Memorial HS | 2021 State CA – (Committed to Fresno State) Angela is that crafty small forward with a great skill set with the ball and a nice jump shot to support it. She is long and athletic, she is quick and will surprise you with her pace on the floor, she sets others up and is ready to catch and shoot the ball in any situation. The three ball is efficient and her handles are good as well, but her main attribute to the game is her high IQ, she is a leader and you can tell that when you see her play.
#28 – 2021, 6’0, SF, Redondo Beach Union HS, Calli Stokes Calli Stokes 6'0" | SF Redondo Union HS | 2021 State CA – (Committed to Gonzaga University) Calli is a monster on the floor, she can handle the rock, she can make good passes and she is great at getting and finishing at the rim thru contact. It is no surprise to me that The Zags took her, she fits their system and will have a good career at Gonzaga. She is improving as a shooter each and every day, but she bring so much energy to the game it is ridiculous.
#40 – 2021, 5’8, PG, Miramonte HS, Jordan Allred Jordan Allred 5'8" | PG Miramonte | 2021 State CA – (Committed to Idaho) Jordan is the perfect compliment to her teammates at Miramonte, she play alongside Mia Mastrov Mia Mastrov 5'11" | PG Miramonte | 2021 State CA and together they are a problem. She averaged right around 16ppg and that is pretty good, making that backcourt one of the best backcourts in the Northern California averaging right at 31ppg for the duo. If your kids can get you 30+ ppg every night, that is going to be hard to beat with those two in the drivers seat. She is quick, she is heady with the game IQ, she is a hard worker on the floor. Her midrange and three ball are efficient and she can get to the rack.
