Massachusetts College Commitments & Analysis – Volume 2

As we head to the end of October local club teams are still heading to New Hampshire and Connecticut in order to play games. We all hope the ban on games due to Covid in Massachusetts will soon be a thing of the past and that high school basketball will go on as scheduled in the next month. Here is a list and analysis of some area kids who have committed to play in college next year. [player_tooltip player_id="174103" first="Shay" last="Bollin"] - Bridgewater - Raynham - Bay State Jaguars - The PGH New England top ranked player in the Class of 2022 committed to play for Coach Kara Lawson and Duke University. This is a great catch for the newly hired Lawson as Bollin had offers from all over the country.  A 6’3 wing she can score from all over the court and plays with a high IQ which allows teammates to get involved as well. Lets hope for some high school hoops in Massachusetts this winter as she will be fun to watch! The reigning Tri Valley League MVP is a force on the boards and scores both with her back to the basket as well as face up three.
