Team 2 Evals:
2023 5’9 SG Alina Sapilak Alina Sapilak 5'10" | SG Emerald Ridge | 2023 State WA (Emerald Ridge HS) – A stock riser from session one. I have seen Sapilak progress tremendously over the last few years. She played with a lot of confidence attacking off the bounce and finishing some difficult baskets. She is long and fluid and played with some swagger. If she can continue to progress at the same rate she has, colleges will be knowing about her within the next year two.
2023 5’9 CG Marecia Barnett Marecia Barnett 5'10" | SG Emerald Ridge | 2023 State WA (Emerald Ridge HS) – Another Emerald Ridge standout that impressed. Marecia handled the ball really well and has good change of direction moves. Her shot has improved some since I had last seen her and passing is her best attribute, especially on the fast break.
2022 5’10 PF Ava Cook Ava Cook 5'10" | PF Stanwood | 2022 State WA (Stanwood HS) – Cook was able to display some toughness and a willingness to compete on the defensive end at the showcase. Her offensive skill set is developing at this stage. She is strong and will continue to get better with time. On track to be able to help some small college program.
2022 5’11 SF Colbi Zorich Colbi Zorich 5'11" | SF Inglemoor | 2022 State WA (Inglemoor HS) – Played absolutely outstanding the entire event and I do not say that lightly. Zorich worked as hard as anyone and was one of the leading scorers for each game she played in. She possesses good size at the wing position, runs the floor hard, can defend multiple positions and finishes well on the break. A stock riser! *Feature image
2022 6’4 C Camille Jentzsch Camille Jentzsch 6'4" | C Lake Stevens | 2022 State WA (Lake Stevens HS) – The MVP of session 1 and well deserving of it! Jentzsch imposed her will on the offensive end and cleaned up the boards on both ends consistently. She loves finishing with her left/off hand around the basket and did so at a high rate. She ran the floor considerably well for a center that was only playing with a 5 person team for a 44 minute game. A clear cut Division 1 recruit.
