Top 250 Expo: 2021 Lowcountry Players

The Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo event went off this past Sunday in Myrtle Beach. The event was its first one for the Prep Girls Hoops site in South Carolina. Lets take a look at some 2021 Lowcountry Players that took part in the Top 250 Expo right here. <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-212794" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2020/10/Jaiha-Williams-64-2-e1602614023219-227x300.jpg" alt="" width="227" height="300" /> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="171738" first="Jaiha" last="Williams"] - Bishop England </strong> Williams just brings the word consistent every time she plays the game. Williams a point guard plays the game extremely unselfish almost too a fault at times in my opinion. Williams distributed the ball to teammates for good looks while being in position to make a play for herself Williams didn’t look to force any shots and was very selective all day long. Williams has a tight handle on the ball and never seems to force the errant pass. Williams connected on some mid-range jumpers here today. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="185718" first="Zhani" last="Thompson"] - Whale Branch HS </strong> Thompson brings good versatility to the floor with her way to play inside-out. Thompson handled the ball up the floor in transition at times and felt comfortable with the rock in her hands. Thompson runs the floor very well from her position. Thompson was able to knockdown the 10-12 footer on a few occasions. Thompson does a really nice job of rebounding the ball outside of her area. Shepard keeps the ball low to the ground and close to her vest without turning it over. Warren can get the ball into the paint and finish on contact. Ferrette was able to draw contact and get some put-backs on the glass today. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="173105" first="Dior" last="Shelton"] - Hilton Head Christian</strong> Shelton was listed to play in the event but was held out do to prior injury leading up the Top 250 Expo. &nbsp;
