Last season Mukwonago finished first in conference play with a 15-1 record. The team featured Player of The Year Angie Cera Angie Cera 5'9" | CG Mukwonago | 2020 State WI who will attend UW Milwaukee this year. She was a First Team selection alongside graduate Dru Henning Dru Henning 5'10" | CG Mukwonago | 2020 State WI .
Oconomowoc finished second in conference play with a 13-1 record. The team was led by then senior Olivia Sobczak Olivia Sobczak 6'0" | PF Oconomowoc | 2020 State WI who also earned First Team and Player Of The Year honors.
Arrowhead and Kettle Moraine finished tied for third in conference last season, both having earned a 10-6 record.

Phoebe Frentzel Phoebe Frentzel 5'9" | CG Arrowhead | 2021 State WI | Arrowhead | Senior | 5’9 G
During her junior campaign Frenztel led her team in scoring by averaging 13.7 points per game. She consistently put up impactful numbers each night. Frentzel is a workhorse and will out work her opponent each night. She will guard the other team’s best player and pressure her the entire game. Frentzel has great athleticism and quickness on the floor. She’s smart on the floor and makes the right moves to get herself of teammate open. In a win over a tough Milwaukee King team, Frentzel dropped 25 points. She can knock it down from just about anywhere on the floor, including from deep. She made 40 three point buckets last season. Earned First Team All Conference. She is committed to St. Thomas.
Grace Grocholski Grace Grocholski 5'10" | SF Kettle Moraine | 2023 State WI | Kettle Moraine | Sophomore | 5’10 F
First Team All Conference- only freshman to make the list. Led her team in scoring, assists and rebounds. She finished averaging 16.9 points, 8.4 boards and 3 assists per game. In a game against Oconomowoc the Kettle Moraine standout scored a season-high 30 points. Grocholski is a versatile player who can handle the ball and facilitate the offense while still being a beast on the glass. Her shot selection is elite and Grocholski is so confident on the floor. Her movements are experienced and her downhill game is tough to stop. A valid shooter from behind the arc when she gets going, Grocholski finished her first year on Kettle Moraine’s varsity team with 50 made three pointers.
Alyssa Nimz Alyssa Nimz 6'1" | PF Catholic Memorial | 2021 State WI | Catholic Memorial | Senior | 6’1 F
Northern Michigan commit. Led her team in both scoring and rebounding during her junior season. Averaged 18.6 points per game and 11.8 rebounds per game. In a game against St. Thomas More, Nimz scored a season-high 33 points. She consistently put up huge numbers and put her team on her back. She’s a two way player that takes pride in playing 100% the entire game. Look for Nimz to handle the ball more and facilitate as she seems to have become much more comfortable with the ball on the perimeter. She uses her strength well in the post and is resilient grabbing boards and finishing on the glass. During her season-high 33 point game, Nimz also grabbed 16 rebounds in the win.
Caden Krohn Caden Krohn 6'0" | PF Waukesha West | 2023 State WI | Waukesha West | Sophomore | 6’0 F
Krohn has had a huge summer improving her game and will be more than ready to make an impact for her squad. She’s a versatile prospect that can get points on the board at all three levels. Last season she averaged 10.8 points per game. Her ability to knock down the three point basket is lethal. Krohn made 39 three point baskets as a freshman. She’s able to make a game for herself off the dribble and is exceptional off the pass as well. She holds an offer from IUPUI.
Bayla Strandlie | Mukwonago | Junior | 5’7 G
Strandlie played alongside some super talented girls last season and held her own. She understood her role and did what she needed to help her team win. Her basketball IQ is clearly high as she moves effortlessly without the ball. While averaging 5.9 points as a sophomore and hitting 16 three point baskets, she consistently added value on both ends. She will certainly be looked for to take a larger lead this season and be a floor general for her squad.
Olivia Osborn | Waukesha North | Senior | 5’6 G
Last season Osborn stuck out for her ability to hold her own inside the lane. Her resilience is impressive and a major part of why she’s become such a successful player. She doesn’t shy away from contact and uses her body well to shield the defender. Her height is rarely an issue against taller defenders as she knows just the right angles to attack. She’s a sniper from beyond the arc and is so confident taking the big shot. Her range is very impressive. Osborn finished her junior season averaging 12.5 points per game.
