Monticello was on the heels of securing a spot in the Class 3A state tournament before running into Dike-New Hartford in a regional final. The Panthers return 11 players from that roster, but did graduate a couple of key seniors. Starters Tori McDonald, Gabrielle Guliford and Karli Recker are back. Recker made a team-high 30 three-pointers last year and McDonald knocked down 16 with 104 assists and 60 steals.

Moravia Mohawks

Moravia put together a nice late-season run last year, winning three of four before entering the postseason. Leading scorer Isabel Hanes is back for her senior season after scoring 186 points. She also led the team with 167 rebounds while Kim Chandanais is back after dishing out 37 assists. All eight players that suited up on the varsity roster last season return.

Scoring was a problem for Mormon Trail last year, as they averaged just 25.6 points per game. Skylar Watsabaugh led the team with 181 total points and 154 rebounds, and looks to build upon that success. Chelsea Johnson is also back to direct the offense after leading the team in assists. Mormon Trail returns all 10 players from a season ago.

Seven players including starters Jessica King and Abbie Probasco Abbie Probasco 5'6" | SG Moulton-Udell | 2022 State IA are back for Moulton-Udell, which won nine games a year ago. Probasco sank a team-leading 16 three-pointers and also contributed 109 rebounds, 46 steals and 32 assists. King had 60 rebounds, 45 assists and 42 steals.
