Numerous key players have graduated leaving plenty of holes to be filled for Ogden on the hardwood this winter. Senior Reagan Church is one of the more experienced players coming back after posting five points per game on nearly 46 percent shooting from the field. Kaleigh Badker, Amber Braniff and Joelle Consier also have playing time under their belts.

Okoboji Pioneers

A memorable season for Okoboji left them just a win away from reaching the state tournament. Now, the task at hand includes trying to replace key starters such as Magan Christopherson Magan Christopherson 5'6" | SG Okoboji | 2020 State IA and Kallyn Stumbo Kallyn Stumbo 5'8" | SG Okoboji | 2020 State IA from a team that won 22 games. Montana Wilson started 23 of 24 games as a sophomore and returns alongside Morgan Robinson, Megan Titterington, Ella Stoll, Shayla Baschke and Emma Larson. Okoboji made almost 36 percent of its 3-pointers last year and shot 44 percent from the field as a collective team.

Orient-Macksburg Bulldogs

A number of close losses, along with a four-game losing skid to end the year, left Orient-Macksburg two games under the .500 mark. Caitlyn Gist will try to get them over that hump this winter. Gist returns after posting nearly eight rebounds a night. Cora Martin, Draven Pierce, Janesa Tonnberg and Christa Cass will try to help replace four graduated seniors.

Osage Green Devils

For the third consecutive season, and fifth time in the past six years, Osage eclipsed the 20-win mark. All that led to an appearance in the Class 2A state championship game, where they came up just short vs. North Linn. While Sidney Brandau Sidney Brandau 6' | C Osage | 2020 State IA has graduated, the cupboard is far from bare with Dani Johnson Dani Johnson 6'1" | PF Osage | 2021 State IA and Ellie Bobinet Ellie Bobinet 5'9" | SG Osage | 2021 State IA set to lead the Green Devils. Johnson scored over 14 points and grabbed over six rebounds a night last year, with Bobinet adding almost 10 and three.

With just five wins in the past four seasons, Oskaloosa looks to make some positive steps in the right direction this winter. Leading scorer Amanda Fay is among those set to return along with Kaylee Johnson and Presley Blommers. Fay after nine points and seven rebounds to lead the team in both categories as a junior with Blommers adding almost six points per game as a freshman.
