Nicole Petrakovitz Nicole Petrakovitz 5'8" | SG Oak Ridge | 2021 State TX -5’7 CG senior
Petrakovitz caught my eye last year at the Katy Classic when she dropped shots from, well everywhere and after her performance, I added her to the PGH Texas Top 100. Her intensity on the offensive end and multiple ways to score, the mid to long-range jumper, the acrobatic finishes after contact, all were on display as she dropped 21 points going 8/16 from the field, this includes 4/7 from BTA
Raniyah Lewis Raniyah Lewis 5'8" | CG Conroe | 2024 State TX -5’7 SG freshman
Lewis was called a #D1Lock in what seems like a lifetime ago yet it was probably seeing her as a 6th grader and to say the freshman has made the transition to “big girl” basketball with ease would be an understatement. She attacks the basket relentlessly, her strong body, as well as body control, make her an “and one waiting to happen” yet she can also create her shot, a consistent mid to long-range jumper
Memorial
Madison McKown-6’0 SG junior
McKown has been shooting the ball well since club basketball and with her size, she’s able to get it off whenever she wants to but she also falls into that long and athletic profile I talk about so often because it helps her not only create her shot but attack the rim and her scoring, 14 points, including going 3/5 from BTA is impressive when you factor in she was 4/7 from the field and 3/4 from the line
Abigail Tomaski Abigail Tomaski 6'0" | SG Memorial | 2023 State TX -6’0 SG sophomore
Tomaski led her team with 15 points, well she shared, going 6/11 from the field, 2/2 from BTA yet her smoothness at setting defenders up over the summer is why she was added to the PGH Texas Top 100 and when you do what she does consistently in front of me, I already know what’s coming. She too is long and athletic with a deceptive first step and watching her finish after contact only adds to the equation
Nicolette Polocheck Nicolette Polocheck 6'0" | PF Memorial | 2024 State TX -6’0 SF freshman
Polocheck has had some big games this season after coming to the team late after the volleyball season was over and she came in with a bang, flirting with double-doubles and just #BEASTING in the paint. She’s going to be a major force in this area, she already battles for everything, instinctively and again, that’s something you can’t teach but her athleticism on the offensive gives her a mix of power and finesse inside the paint as she also scored 15 points on 5/7. including 2/2 from BTA and 3/4 from the line
