Top 2022 Small Forwards In Seattle
6’1 SF Avery Watkins Avery Watkins 6'1" | SF Kennedy Catholic | 2022 State WA (Kennedy Catholic HS) – One of the top athletes in the state for the 2022 class. Watkins has an ideal strong, long and athletic frame that helps her to rebound and explode to the basket really well. She has all of the tools to help a Division 1 program and if she starts knocking down the three ball consistently, she will be a real problem for opponents.
5’11 SF Jada Walters Jada Walters 5'11" | SF Garfield | 2022 State WA (Bothell HS) – The state’s top stock riser over the course of the last couple months with her recruitment exploding. Walters is strong attacking the basket and she has good body control finishing around the basket. She has also shown the ability to knock down multiple threes in a single game. A Division 1 prospect in her class.
5’11 SF Tatum Thompson Tatum Thompson 6'0" | SF Woodinville | 2022 State WA (Woodinville HS) – One of the state’s biggest sleepers, but Thompson is the type of player that helps a program win games. She defends, rebounds, handles and can knock down the jumper when she is looking for her own shot. An outstanding utility player that is also a Division 1 level prospect.
6’0 SF Jadyn Watts Jadyn Watts 6'0" | SF West Seattle | 2022 State WA (West Seattle HS) – Elite level genetics with both parents playing at UW and her grandfather being a Seattle Sonics legend. Watts has outstanding length and strength to go along with good jumping ability. Her shooting stroke is very smooth and she can get hot from the outside. She has a little less game playing experience than some others, but the tools are all there to continue to develop and grow.
6’0 SF Naomi Hall Naomi Hall 6'0" | PF Kentridge | 2022 State WA (Kentridge HS) – Another 6’0 wing that can get hot from deep. Hall possesses solid strength and she can play the 3 or 4. A pick and pop type of player that does a good job rebounding on defense. She can hit the turn around jumper out of the mid post as well.
