#1 Logan Nissley Logan Nissley 6'0" | CG Bismarck Century | 2023 State ND – Bismarck Century – (5’10/SG/2023) – Logan’s stock is rising and she was previously at the top of the rankings board. She is the clear #1 and the best underclassmen prospect in both North Dakota and South Dakota. Not much to be said as she could easily score from two at will, but strokes threes all game instead. Translates very well at the next level.
#2 Miriley Simon Miriley Simon 6'1" | C West Fargo | 2023 State ND – West Fargo – (6’1/C/2023) – Miriley is having an outstanding season and has solidified herself as one of the top 2023’s in the state. She’s an inside force for West Fargo, averaging 16.8 ppg. and 9.2 rpg.
#7 Hailey Quam Hailey Quam 5'11" | SF Shiloh Christian | 2023 State ND – Wilton-Wing – (5’10/SF/2023) –Hailey moves into the top 10 from #13 to #7. It’s difficult to project Hailey going forward because of her style of play and the competition she faces. Anyways, she’s been on a scoring tear this season and deserves to be ranked high. How would she fare against the A schools of North Dakota? She just seems like a prospect that would find a way because of her demeanor and effort on the court. She’s good for 30 points any night.
#8 Maya Metcalf Maya Metcalf 6'2" | PF West Fargo Sheyenne | 2023 State ND – West Fargo Sheyenne – (6’0/C/2023) – Not a huge mover as we projected her accurately at #10. So she moves two spots up to #8. Maya is carrying over her late summer play with a breakout sophomore campaign. She’s coming of a 25 point game and had a breakout 28 point game as well, putting her average at 13.9 ppg. And she attacks the boards with 8.1 per game. Her lowest total rebounding game is 4 with her highest at 14 in one game.
#9 Bergan Kinnebrew Bergan Kinnebrew 5'11" | CG Bismarck Century | 2023 State ND – Bismarck Century – (5’10/CG/2023) – Bergan rises up into the top 10. She’s getting varsity playing time and taking full advantage of it, scoring 8.1 ppg. on 50% from the the field and 8-16 from three for 50% as well.
#10 Kate Zimmer Kate Zimmer 5'7" | PG Kenmare | 2023 State ND – Kenmare – (5’7/CG/2023) – Kate is a stud guard for Kenmare that can do it all from a skills standpoint. Deadly from three and a talented passer with great court vision. It’s difficult not to rank Kate even higher up the board, but with it being such a stacked class, she comes in at #10 — with room for growth.
#13 Brooke Eggermont Brooke Eggermont 6'0" | PF Valley City | 2023 State ND – Valley City – (6’0/SF-PF/2023) – Brooke has been highly consistent all season long. She’s scoring 14.5 ppg. and 6.6 rpg. She has season-high of 25 points. She has great overall size at the power forward position, with an inside-outside game that extends to the three-point line.
#17 Ella Falk Ella Falk 5'10" | SG Jamestown | 2023 State ND – Jamestown- (5’9/SF/2023) – Not a great athlete but is quick enough and strong enough to score the ball in a variety of ways. She can get past the defense and uses the glass very well. She’s scoring 12.7 ppg. on 44% from the field. She’s made 22 threes on the season.
#18 Halle Crockett Halle Crockett 5'9" | SG Northern Cass | 2023 State ND – Northern Cass – (5’8/SG/2023) – Halle is a Sophomore and has already eclipsed the 1,000 point mark. That’s getting it done in the scoring department. She’s super smooth and highly accurate from the field. She has a middle game and can put it up off-the-glass for easy twos.
