Into the final week of regular season in the new season B, here’s a Big Three of sorts to cap it, three must-see matchups that figure to warm your playoff thoughts … <strong> </strong> <strong>Arapahoe at Mullen, Saturday, 2:30 p.m.</strong> It’s a matinee to probably decide runner-up in the Class 5A/4A Centennial League. 4A Mullen has taken two hits against 5A top-rated Grandview. Arapahoe entered the week tied with Mullen, lost head-to-head to the Mustangs by 30 and must also take on Grandview on Thursday. &nbsp; <strong>Regis Jesuit at Chaparral, Friday, 7 p.m.</strong> The visiting Raiders have been idle – quarantined, actually, as they sit atop the league standings at 7-0. Here’s where they may resume play. Avery Van Sickle (PGH-Colorado 2021 No. 2 and Washington signee) and Co. should at least be rested. As for Chaparral, it’s a game back, having lost to Highlands Ranch, but a chance for at least a mathematical tie for the loop title. The Bang sisters, Avery (PGH-Colorado 2022 No. 7) and Payton (PGH-Colorado No. 24) usually combined for about 24 points and 13 rebounds. <strong> </strong> <strong>George Washington vs. Denver South, Saturday, 1 p.m.</strong> The Denver Prep crown figures to come down to this one.
