LBI Carolina Jamfest Day 2: 2022 Performers

<p class="p1">LBI Carolina Jamfest was certainly a fun event to watch all ages compete at high levels.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>Here are some of the class of 2022 standouts from day 2.</p> <p class="p1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="219809" first="Abriel" last="Thrash"] | Lady Attack Elite 2022 Grey | SF</b></p> <p class="p1">Thrash was having herself a game scoring on all three levels.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She has shown off her three point shooting ability, and she makes smart cuts to the basket, especially in transition.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She is patient when making her passes making sure the play has developed.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>On defense, she knows how to smack the ball away from her opponents gaining possession.</p> <p class="p1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="116890" first="Indya" last="Nivar"] | Carolina Flames EYBL Morris | G</b></p> <p class="p1">Nivar (pictured above) is a hustler anticipating passes and jumping into passing lanes with her speed.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She hustles back on defense blocking shots in transition.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She knows how to create separation from her defenders to show off her jump shot.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She drove through contact showing no fear going full steam ahead.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She is aggressive going after rebounds, too.</p> <p class="p1"><b>Nyah Wilkins | Carolina Dream | F</b></p> <p class="p1">Wilkins takes long strides to get up the court faster than her opponents, especially when she grabs a steal, and she’s looking for some points.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She does well making moves to throw her defenders off before turning to the basket to score.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She runs the floor well looking for passes in transition.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She is persistent when it comes to scoring fighting for offensive rebounds and using various moves with her feet to get to the basket.</p> <p class="p1"><b>[player_tooltip player_id="116891" first="Imani" last="Lester"] | Carolina Flames EYBL Morris | C</b></p> <p class="p1">Lester knows exactly how to move her body to score some points.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She elevates over her opponents to put the ball through the hoop.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>She is patient knowing when to make her moves, and she can score through contact making old fashioned three point plays.<span class="Apple-converted-space">  </span>It seems impossible to grab a rebound away from her.</p>
