Morgan Jenkins, 5-10 G, Lloyd Memorial, KY
The Kentucky Storm Elite Roller squad has some talented players in today’s feature, including Morgan. She is an excellent ball handler and sees the floor well as a crisp passer. She is very adept at getting to the rim and finishing with either hand. She is long and athletic and her length allows her to be a very good rebounder and defender.
Jordan Ware, 5-10 G/F, Holmes, KY
Another member of the Storm Elite who is a long, athletic player with a lot of upside. She is a player who is generally underrated as a shooter but has good range and can knock down shots from the perimeter if left open. Not afraid to take it to the rim, plays through contact and is a solid rebounder.
Lauren Hawthorne, 6-0 F, Conner, KY
Has had a solid spring season with the Storm Elite and look for her game to continue to improve. She is a versatile player with a long wingspan, can get up and down the floor quickly, and create in transition. Has the ability to post up her defender, or step out and connect from the three. She has a nose for the ball and ends up in the right spots.
Lexi Moore, 5-10 G, Owen County, KY
This leftie is a high energy kid who can play physical with great size. She truly is a matchup problem for most teams, and does a nice job handling the ball well. Lexi can definitely create her own shot in multiple ways. She is solid on the defensive end and aggressive on the boards. These four young ladies from Kentucky continue to generate interest and can beat you in multiple ways.
Emily Siesel, 5-7, PG/SG, Buckeye Central
One of her biggest attributes is her ability to defend on-ball, she is very prolific and shutting people down. She has great anticipation, instincts and overall a great feel for the game. She stays one step ahead of her opponent. She can shoot the ball well from beyond the arc, and has great court vision, able to see the floor with a solid passing game. She makes her teammates better.
