OK ProSkills
Brooklynn Smitherman | 5-11 G/F | Tulsa Union | 2026 | @SmittyScar_34
The hits keep coming for Tulsa Union and head coach Joe Redmond as Smitherman will be joining the squad in just a year or two. A 2026 player who already has tremendous size, Brooklynn is a workout warrior and is clearly dedicated to improving every aspect of her game on her way to a college scholarship. Smitherman can honestly play all five spots on both ends of the floor. She goes hard all game long and does all of the little things. She defends well, has tremendous quickness and can hit shots from all over the floor. I look forward to watching her development as 2026 approaches along with the scholarship offers that will be coming in soon.
Mataya Hall | 5-11 CG | Sapulpa | 2025 | @HallMataya
I’ve had the privilege to see Hall play several times this summer and it has been my absolute honor. She is a very strong guard who has great body control and very good handles. I have seen several times when she was pulled aside by the head coach and asked to do specific things or work on specific things and she goes out and immediately improves on it. She never gets down or frustrated. Mataya goes hard all game and almost always has a smile on her face. She is coachable and extremely talented. She prefers to go inside and finish underneath which really works with her combination of strength and speed. She can also step out and hit shots like I saw her do on the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit when she hit a buzzer-beater to win the game for her ProSkills squad.
Oklahoma Swift 16U
Cooper Hilton Cooper Hilton 5'6" | CG Coweta | 2023 State OK | 5-6 CG | Coweta | 2023 | @coophilton2023
I feel like I have seen this Swift squad play so many times this summer and it’s not that I didn’t notice Cooper, it’s just that when I saw her this past weekend she was literally EVERYWHERE. It can be hard to stand out on a team that is this loaded, but she did it. On top of her eight points, she ran the offense like a finely tuned machine, dishing passes all over the place with speed and intention. Her defense was the highlight of my day as she consistently pressured the opposing guard into turnover after turnover. Hilton is a very, very good player and college coaches are going to want to talk to her very soon.
Wrigley Adkisson | 6-1 F/C | Sapulpa | 2025 | @AdkissonWrigley
Wrigley definitely turned some heads as several coaches reached out to me with questions after catching a glimpse of her play. She has great size, obviously. But, more than that, she knows how to use it. She does a good job of high-pointing the ball on the rebound. She racks up tons of blocks either underneath or while lunging out at a shooter on the wing. Toward the end of the game I watched, she even stepped out and hit a three, which I know college coaches love to see. Adkisson is joining a very good Sapulpa squad and I think that the whole team will be getting a LOT of attention from coaches, especially Wrigley.
3T-OK (Anderson)
Anna Hope Sant’ Anna | 6-1 F/C | Arnett | 2023
I was so glad to see Anna Hope in person for the first time. Video on the internet is sparse and she goes to a very small school, alas, the cream rises to the top. If a player is meant to shine, they will. Sant’ Anna is very tall and very strong. She is a physical presence underneath and plays a lot like a European big. She passes well, defends well and can get buckets. She showed the ability to step out and hit from deep and got several of the coaches on the baseline very excited about her skill set. Anna Hope really is a unicorn and very fun to watch. I hope to see more in the very near future.
Kylee Smith | 5-8 CG | Canute | 2023
Another great player from out in western Oklahoma is Kylee Smith. Against the aforementioned Swift squad, Smith had seven; almost all of her points from the line. She goes hard to the rim with very good handles and blazing fast speed. Just like her teammate Sant’ Anna, there isn’t much video out there and she doesn’t have Twitter that I can tell. That being said, coaches, you need to make a trip out to western Oklahoma to see both of these players. Smith was one of the better scoring guards in the Nationals and she will definitely be playing somewhere at the next level.
