Misora Nambara 5’3 Republic: A talented 2024 point guard with good quickness and flashy ball handling ability. She was able to break down defenders with a variety of escape moves and had the uncanny ability to finish in the paint in traffic at a lot of different angles. She had the scoop shots, the reverse layups and the runners down pat. She can also knock down the perimeter shot to compliment her penetrating skills.
Lauren Jones 5’9″ Mansfield: A 2023 wing player who is the right-handed player of the Jones set of twins. She is a very good 3-point shooter off the catch. She handles the ball well and has a nice jump stop in the lane to score in traffic. She is also an excellent playmaker off the dribble with the ability to deliver nice pocket passes to cutting teammates.
Logan Jones Logan Jones 5'8" | PF Strafford | 2020 State MO 5’9″ Mansfield: The 2023 wing is the left-handed player of the set of twins and a versatile talent as well. She is a very good ball handler who also delivered some nice dimes to open teammates. She’s a very unselfish player. She shoots the 3-pointer well and can hit the hit the short jumper off the pull up. She makes very good use of the backboard.
Mikayla Pilley Mikayla Pilley 5'10" | SG Kickapoo | 2025 State MO 5’10” Kickapoo: A talented 2025 wing player who can handle the ball well and score from all three levels. In one stretch, she scored 10 consecutive points as she scored on a variety of pull up jumpers, runners and a step-back 3-pointer. She has good length and she plays with a lot of confidence with the ball in her hands.
Meegan Randall, Glendale: A 2023 guard who played a solid all-around game during the event. She is a good ball handler who was effective on the drive. She also made several nice passes to keep the offense flowing. She was very good on the defensive end with her quick hands and anticipation to pick off passes. She did a lot of little things well to help her team like hustle for loose balls and set solid screens.
Kallie Henry 5’10 Mt. View Liberty: A 2024 post player who did most of her work around the basket. She is physically strong and she used her strength to get good position in the lane. She also did a good job of blocking out for rebounding position on a on a consistent basis.
Skylar Bencsek, Glendale: A 2023 point guard who has good speed and played the game with a lot of pace. She advanced the ball very well whether it was with the pass or the dribble. She delivered some very nice passes in transition. She was also very active on the defensive end.
Maelynn Garrett, Neosho: A 2023 lefty wing player who scored on some smooth takes to the basket. She can get to the basket off the dribble and can operate well in tight spaces. When she is open, she is capable of knocking the down the 3-pointer off the catch.
