Nevaeh Golden Nevaeh Golden 5'3" | PG Denver East | 2023 State CO – Denver East
Nevaeh had a great showing this pass weekend was an essential piece to her teams success. On offense she kept the defense on their heels by attacking the rim at will and drawing fouls but she also she was able spot to spot up in transition and knock down jumpers. As for defense, Nevaeh did it all whether it was full court pressure, help side or being in the passing lanes there was no scoring when being defended by her.
Breanna Jefferson Breanna Jefferson 5'4" | CG Vista PEAK | 2022 State CO – VISTA PEAK
Breanna Jefferson Breanna Jefferson 5'4" | CG Vista PEAK | 2022 State CO has speed that makes her hard to gameplan for. She can run through any trap or press, usually resulting in her beating the defense down the court for a wide open layup. Over the last couple years she has continued to improve her game in every way possible. This year being no exception. She was able to knock down shots on a consistent basis while also being one of the most vocal players on the court.
Karson Chaney- 2026
Every year there are some young players that come put their skills to the test against the high school kids to see where they match up. Karson Chaney surely passed the test and showed she belongs. Karson is a long and athletic guard that is capable of scoring in bunches. She was calm and poised and showed composure when defended by bigger guards. She battles on both ends and embraced the challenge. Defensively, she held her own and was able to get stops when needed and will be a player that I am sure burst onto the scene in the next two years.
Laci Roffle Laci Roffle 6'0" | SF Eaglecrest | 2023 State CO – Eaglecrest
Laci Roffle Laci Roffle 6'0" | SF Eaglecrest | 2023 State CO shined at the Top 250 Expo on Sunday. She understood her role and flourished in it every time. She has an all around game that makes her hard to match up with. Laci scored the ball well from the wing and in transition, put herself in great position to be successful for much of the day. On defense she was active in passing lanes and essential when the team needed a stop late in games. After getting two soiled years underneath her belt, I’m imaging a big year for Laci this year as she looks to be more of a scoring option.
Natalie Thornton Natalie Thornton 5'6" | CG Horizon | 2024 State CO – Horizon
Natalie Thornton Natalie Thornton 5'6" | CG Horizon | 2024 State CO turned heads with her play on Sunday and was one of the top standouts on the day. She’s an offensive juggernaut that has all the tricks up her sleeve. She proved to be the best shooters at the event and did it consistently every game. Natalie brought a high level of energy to the game that made teammates want to work harder to match what she was bringing to the table. She set the tone on defense by making opposing players give the ball up and not allowing them to get comfortable offensively. With the season approaching her Horizon team will be looking to catch some teams by surprise this year.
