Class of 2022 Rankings: Jacob’s Stock Risers

Emily can stretch the floor a bit with her ball-handling skills, which allow her to attack from the wing and use her length to finish at the rim. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124890" first="Macy" last="Silvey"], 5’9” Guard, Edwardsville</strong> Silvey climbs an impressive 56 spots in the Rankings update to Number 27 after a stellar Spring and Summer of basketball. The Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville commit is a do-it-all Combo Guard who handles the ball with good quickness, while using her court vision to make plays with her teammates. Macy is an outstanding shooter from beyond the three-point line and can finish strong at the hoop or pull up short with a knock down ‘floater’ in the lane. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158266" first="Grace" last="Walsh"], 5’9” Guard, Joliet West</strong> Moving up 14 spots to Number 35 in the Class of 2022 Rankings, Walsh is a strong athlete who can play any of the Guard positions with her skillset. The Air Force Academy commit is a talented shooter from deep and uses her strength on the perimeter to fight past defenders and attack the basket. Grace is a great asset on the defensive end with her ability to guard multiple positions and give great effort to chase down rebounds and loose balls. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="201075" first="Mya" last="Davidson"], 6’2” Forward, Harlem</strong> Davidson shoots up the Rankings list a massive 67 spots to Number 39 after commanding the paint over the last several months. The Lindenwood commit is a versatile Power Forward who excels out on the perimeter with her consistent shooting stroke. Mya uses her athleticism and length to control the lane at both ends of the floor with her premier shot-blocking abilities and smooth post-up game on offense. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="201071" first="Emily" last="Ytsen"], 6’1” Forward, Conant</strong> Jumping up 51 spots to Number 42 in the Class of 2022 Rankings, Ytsen has continuously made her case as one of the top stretch-Forwards in her class. She is strong and physical in the post on offense and defense where she makes things difficult for her opponent. Emily has a pure jumper from the mid-range and beyond the three-point line and is a reliable ball-handler out on the perimeter. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="203238" first="Abby" last="Scharf"], 5’10” Forward, Mt. Zion</strong> Scharf rises 45 places to Number 85 in the Rankings update after proving to be a consistent three level scoring option and a valuable player on defense. She is a talented shooter from deep and the mid-range with great confidence and a smooth shooting form. Abby uses her strength to mix it up in the lane on both ends of the court and isn’t afraid to work hard to out-rebound taller opponents.
