Maddie Shannon Maddie Shannon 5'10" | SF Charlotte Latin | 2022 NC | Charlotte Latin | 2022
Shannon is expanding the court with her ball moves and ability to drive against tough competition. She even showed off jump shots through contact making some old fashioned three point plays. Her ability to post up underneath the basket and rebound is always fun to watch.
Hudson Rixham Hudson Rixham 6'0" | SF Charlotte Country Day | 2022 NC | Charlotte Country Day | 2022
Rixham can play most of the positions on the court handling the ball, shooting the three, and posting up underneath. She grabs rebounds fighting for them no matter who is trying to get in her way. She battles through contact by the basket to score her points. Her shot blocking is great on defense as well.
IoAnna Giannopoulou IoAnna Giannopoulou 6'1" | SF Myers Park | 2022 NC | Myers Park | 2022
Giannopoulou (pictured above) stepped up for her team on defense using her length to knock the ball away on multiple occasions. She drove the ball using her long strides to get around her defenders. She shows off some nice floaters in the paint getting her shots up and over defenders with ease. Her length was effective blocking shots, too.
Jerin Truesdale Jerin Truesdale 5'9" | SF Myers Park | 2024 State NC | Myers Park | 2024
Truesdale can score no matter where she is on the court. She battles by her opponents handling the ball and finishes at the rim through contact. Her strength is on display when she boxes out going after rebounds. Her ability to hustle after loose balls makes it seem like her hands are magnets towards the ball.
