Jenna Cook | PG | 2024 | Cabot High School
Jenna really played with great energy. She plays hard on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she knows how to use her body on her drives to the basket, she can shoot the three and can finish with her left hand in traffic. Defensively, she applies good on-ball pressure without fouling. Her quick hands allow her to get deflections from the ball handler and cause errand passes.
Laylah Reese Laylah Reese 5'7" | SF Cabot | 2023 State AR | Wing | 2023 | Cabot High School
Laylah was a slasher in the half-court that found different ways to be effective on offense. She can make the spot-up three-pointer, can handle it in transition, can finish in the open court, and has good vision when attacking. Defensively she plays the passing lanes well and her anticipation allows her to get steals and deflections.
Camille Wallace | PG | 2022 | White Hall High School
Camille is a poised point guard that doesn’t rush or ever seem to be in a hurry no matter how much pressure you apply. She loves to keep the defense on their heels with her aggressive attacking nature. She’s effective off the pick and roll and uses it to get into the lane and finish with either hand.
Lilly Hood | Wing | 2022 | White Hall High School
Lilly showed she can be effective from a variety of spots on the floor. She can operate out of the high post, the low block or different spots on the perimeter. When at the high post she can drive in a straight line for the finish. She can post up smaller guards on the low block or knockdown spot-up three-pointers on the perimeter.
Victoria Corker | Wing | 2022 | Greenbrier High School
Applies good on-ball pressure on the defensive end of the floor. Her awareness allows her to anticipate what the offense is going to do and make the correct read. When transitioning from defense to offense she really gets out and runs the lane which leads to some easy baskets. She is also a three-point threat whenever she was on the floor.
Mckayla Betts Mckayla Betts 5'8" | CG Greenbrier | 2022 State AR | Guard | 2022 | Greenbrier High School
McKayla plays with a lot of energy and passion. She gets out in transition and can score through contact. Whether she is running the lane on a fastbreak or in the half-court, you have to know where she is at all times. Her three-point shooting really stretches the defense. If she is left open she can make the spot-up three.
Trinity Kussmaul | Forward | 2022 | Guy Perkins High School
Trinity wasn’t called upon to be much of a scorer, but she caught my eye with her defensive intensity. She was a tough defender on the block with quick hands and plays hard. On the offensive end, she moved well without the ball and was a good passer out of the high post to the cutter.
Jo’Mia Ealy | Forward | 2023 | Guy Perkins High School
Jo’Mia played multiple positions for her team. You might see her on the wing on one possession and then running the point on the next possession. She can attack off the dribble in a straight line, she shoots the three-ball, and can finish at the rim through contact.
