Mia Nicastro Mia Nicastro 6'1" | SG St. Charles West | 2022 State MO 6’2″ St. Charles West: The Saint Louis U. recruit was tremendous in the Warriors’ victory in the championship game. She had 30 points and 12 rebounds in the championship game, which followed her 24-point, 14-rebound performance against Lutheran North in the semifinals. She does it while playing all five positions and being the team’s primary ball handler and playmaker. When she turns her game up another level, there’s very little that the opposition can do to stop her.
Rylee Denbow Rylee Denbow 6'0" | SF Francis Howell Central | 2022 State MO 6’0″ Francis Howell Central: The Quincy U. recruit displayed her all-around game in the Spartans’ victory over Clayton in the consolation championship game. She had 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. She also hit three 3-pointers in the game. Her height and mobility makes her a matchup problem. She moved without the ball well and score on cuts and her overall skill set with the ball was also evident.
Lily Jackson 5’7″ St. Charles West: The 2022 combo guard was tremendous as she earned the Most Valuable Player honors after helping the Warriors to the championship. She scored 27 points in the first half and did a great job of keeping her team in the game early. She has really emerged as an excellent scorer, which gives the Warriors an excellent secondary offensive threat to take the pressure off of Mia Nicastro Mia Nicastro 6'1" | SG St. Charles West | 2022 State MO . She plays with very good pace and she has a very potent pull-up jumper in the mid-range area where she gets good elevation. Her mid-range game is complimented with her ability to knock down 3-pointers.
Zaire Harrell 5’9″ MICDS: The UMKC recruit led the Rams to a third-place finish in the tournament. She is a four-year starter at point guard who plays the game hard from end to end with her athleticism and high motor. It is what helped her get a Division I scholarship. When handling the ball, she attacks the defensive pressure by putting her own pressure on defenders. She is also a ball-hawking defender who can be disruptive in the full court or half court settings.
