Nia Blocton Nia Blocton 6'0" | PF Ridgeview | 2024 State FL | Ridgeview | ’24
Nia is carving out quite an impressive sophomore season. She is averaging a double, double with points and rebounds. She continued her stellar play in week 3 with 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists against Keystone Heights, 18 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals against Trinity Christian Academy, and 12 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 steals against Bradford leading her team to a 3-0 record for the week and 5-0 overall for the season.
Allison Fifield | Nease | ’22
Allison is a versatile player and a good rebounder. She is one of three players averaging double figures and is second in rebounding on a really good Nease team. In week 3 she stepped up big against two good teams with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 1 steal against Oakleaf and 21 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals, and 4 blocks against Bartram Trail to help her team to a 2-0 record.
Sydney Gomes Sydney Gomes 5'9" | SG Nease | 2022 State FL | Nease | ’22
Sydney continues to show why she is one of the best players in Northeast Florida as she continues her streak of double-figure scoring to begin her senior season. She had 28 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals against Oakleaf and 14 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals against Bartram Trail to help her team pick up two wins in week 3. She is on track to make it to the 2,000 point club before the end of the year.
Jazmine Jackson Jazmine Jackson 5'7" | PG Jackson HS | 2022 State FL | Jackson | ’22
Jazmine is a combo guard with a versatile game and her skill set was on full display in week 3 as she led her team to two wins over two of the best teams in Northeast Florida. She scored 19 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals against Oakleaf and 23 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals against Orange Park.
Fantasia James Fantasia James 5'10" | SF Oakleaf | 2023 State FL | Oakleaf | ’23
Fantasia is one of the most exciting players to watch in Northeast Florida. Her athleticism is unreal and gives her an advantage against most opponents on the floor. Add that to her improved ability to shoot the ball and score on all three levels, it makes her virtually unguardable. She continued to shine in week 3 with 20 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block against Nease and 19 points, 13 rebounds and 5 steals against Jackson.
Leandrea McCloud | Ed White | ’25
Leandrea McCloud is a name you might not be familiar with but you should definitely commit it to memory. She is a tall, left-handed forward with a nice touch around the basket. Leandrea has the potential to be a really good player and has had a great start to her high school career. She averaged 10 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2 steals, and 4.7 blocks in week 3 of the season. She leads her team in points, rebounds, and blocks as a freshman.
Camryn Robinson Camryn Robinson SG Nease | 2022 State FL | Nease | ’23
Camryn is a tough, gritty guard that plays a significant role in her teams’ success as the point guard and backcourt mate of Sydney Gomes Sydney Gomes 5'9" | SG Nease | 2022 State FL . She has stepped up big on both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor in her junior season. She is an efficient shooter and is the second leading scorer on her team. In week 3, she had 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 steal against Oakleaf and 20 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals against Bartram Trail in two wins for her team.
