Jaidiah Blake | Fayetteville Christian | 2027
Stats against Terry Sanford: 27 points + 3 rebounds + 2 steals
Blake plays like she’s been in high school for four years already. She was knocking down three pointers with ease even showing a nice step back move to get the open look. She had a four point play on one of her eight three pointers in the game. She has nice handles getting her opponents off of her to make her shot.
Tamia Morris | Terry Sanford | G | 2022
Stats against Fayetteville Christian: 21 points + 4 rebounds + 3 assists + 6 steals
Morris (featured picture above) was knocking down shots from deep. She was constantly moving on the court grabbing steals and rebounds for her team on defense to make sure her opponents didn’t have anymore opportunities to score the bucket. She had a nice steal that she took coast to coast for two points.
Khalan Williams | Seventy-First | SG | 2022
Stats against Trinity Christian: 18 points + 9 rebounds + 5 assists + 5 steals
Williams anticipates so much when she’s playing defense from jumping into passing lanes to knowing where rebounds are going to come off the backboard to grab them. She did well moving without the ball to find the opening, and she saw the floor well finding her open teammates for their own points.
Rena Drake | Richmond | SF | 2025
Stats against Cape Fear Christian: 16 points + 4 rebounds + 1 assist + 5 steals
Drake scored on multiple levels driving to the lane showing off a nice floater and setting herself up for some back to back three pointers. She was crashing the boards to grab rebounds, and she used these as second chance opportunities. She made sure to cause problems on defense grabbing a handful of steals to take the other direction.
Hannah Lewis | Seventy-First | SF | 2022
Stats against Trinity Christian: 10 points + 10 rebounds + 2 assists + 1 steal + 2 blocks
Lewis was determined to get inside with the ball driving hard to the hoop and grabbing rebounds for her team. She doesn’t just need to be close to the basket to score, though, as she showed off her shot from deep on multiple occasions. Her presence inside was sure to cause problems blocking shots from her opponents.
Mariyah Massey | Seventy-First | G | 2024
Stats against Trinity Christian: 10 points + 8 rebounds + 1 steal
Massey showed off her range shooting from deep several times. She was sneaky sliding into the paint to grab rebounds. She deflected passes and grabbed steals on defense to push up the court with ease, and she ran the floor well being available in transition for a fast break pass.
Aaliyah Mclean | Trinity Christian | SF | 2026
Stats against Seventy-First: 10 points + 3 rebounds + 1 assist + 2 steals
Mclean was scoring on all levels. She did a nice job faking with the ball and driving around her opponent in order to pull up for a jumper. She hustles back on defense getting her hands on the ball when her opponents were trying to score on a fast break.
