Ashlyn Estes | Guard | Norfork | 2024
Ashlyn had a solid game in her 29 minutes of play. She finished with 12 points on 5-10 shooting while making both three-pointers she attempted. Ashlyn attacked in straight lines off the catch, scored through contact, and knocked down catch and shoot three-pointers. Ashlyn made a key play in the fourth quarter when she found an open area vs the Mammoth Spring defense to receive a pass for the lay-up. The basket gave her team the lead that they never surrendered. She immediately followed that play-up with an assist on the next possession.
Kiley Alman Kiley Alman 5'7" | CG Norfolk | 2023 State AR | Combo Guard | Norfork | 2023
Kiley is a shooter. She got things going early in the game with her outside shooting and it kept her team afloat and in the game during the first half. Kiley was 6-11 from the field with 5 of those buckets being three-pointers. Then add going 5-5 from the free-throw line and you have a cool 22 points to lead your team to the 2022 state championship. Kiley delivered the key assist in the fourth quarter to Ashlyn Estes to give her team the lead. Kiley was named tourney MVP.
Keely Blanchard | Point Guard | Norfork | 2024
Keely role was to run the team and get players involved. She displayed good vision and handled the Mammoth Spring pressure. She finished in traffic and had a big steal late in the game and went coast to coast for the finish while drawing the foul. She finished with 7 points and 4 rebounds.
Brynn Washam | Wing | Mammoth Spring | 2024
Brynn did an excellent job of scoring off of cuts. She did a really good job of slashing to the basket and using her teammates as screens to get open around the basket. She finished with either hand in the half-court and in transition. When she attacked the basket she attacked hard and went up strong. Her team fell short in the game but she had a solid performance. Brynn was 6-12 from the field, 3-4 from the free-throw line, and finished with 15 points and 4 rebounds.
Sarah Crowe | Forward/Post | Mammoth Spring | 2023
Sarah did a good job of posting up on the low block. She finished around the basket with both hands. When she got doubled team she didn’t force anything. She showed patience and the ability to make good passes out of the post. She has good hands as she caught passes in traffic and finished around multiple defenders. Sarah also attacked off the dribble from the high post. She finished with 10 points on 3-4 shooting and 4-6 from the free-throw line.
