Maleigha Jackson Maleigha Jackson 6'0" | SF Phillip O. Berry | 2022 State NC (PF, Phillip O. Berry, featured photo) runs the floor well stopping passes in transition. She is constantly flashing in and out of the paint finding the gaps on defense. She is aggressive getting inside to grab rebounds, too. She can definitely block shots well. She does well rolling from the free throw line getting a pass and scoring whether she puts it through the hoop then or from the free throw line.
Gabriela Modeva Gabriela Modeva 6'3" | PF Victory Christian | 2022 NC (SF, Victory Christian) does well sealing off her opponents to get the ball on the block. She sees the floor well finding her open teammates off of these passes if needed, or she can set herself up for a midrange jump shot. She is flashy when it comes to making cuts to the block, and she is aware of where she is on the court to know how to turn her body and score the points. She does well tracking the ball blocking shots on defense, too.
IoAnna Giannopoulou IoAnna Giannopoulou 6'1" | SF Myers Park | 2022 NC (SF, Myers Park) is effective grabbing rebounds, and she uses her length to deflect passes. She know exactly what to do with offensive rebounds, too, to score her own points. She can take the ball coast to coast herself scoring in transition off of rebounds or her own steals. She knows how to read what her guard teammates are doing to make her move to the hoop.
Kylie Lewis Kylie Lewis 5'9" | SF Cox Mill | 2022 NC (SF, Cox Mill) does well flashing baseline with the ball and making adjustments to show off her finish at the rim. She has nice post moves she uses inside to get to the hoop, and she’s persistent when it comes to battling through contact for her points.
Ciarra Sims (SF, Hillside) showed off her range shooting from behind the arc. She follows shots to grab rebounds, and she can take these boards coast to coast for some points on the other end with ease. She does well sliding in front of her opponents keeping them from getting by her to score some points.
Lillian Davis (SF, Mooresville) showed off her ability to make some nice post moves in the paint handling the ball or making a move right off a pass. She does well reading her defenders knowing when she has a mismatch that she can capitalize on, and her post moves are difficult to defend without sending her to the free throw line.
