McKenna Murray McKenna Murray 6'0" | PF Cedar Rapids Prairie | 2024 State IA – Lady Martin Brothers – 2024 – Power Forward – “Next Murray Up” is what they say. To me, it’s no riddle! McKenna has a very polished game. You can tell she might get in there and mix it up in family games. She is a power forward now but I see her being a stretch small forward as she improves her quickness and speed. Her long length is so disruptive on defense and she stretches her long frame out on layups and power moves in the post. She is a highly capable shooter who can stretch her big out and hit the three so a real tough matchup. Highlights at https://www.hudl.com/profile/15495829/mckenna-murray/highlights
Jayden Kuper Jayden Kuper 5'11" | SF Monticello | 2025 State IA – Team Iowa – 2025 – Guard – Jayden is a strong young baller who is being built well. Her team has so many weapons but she never seems to get lost in the mix of tools Team Iowa 2025 Blue Star will throw at you. High motor girl who gets after it on both sides of the ball and really works hard every game I’ve seen her play in so far. Follow her at https://www.hudl.com/profile/16720654/Jayden-Kuper/highlights
Ellie Muller – Iowa Battler’s – 2026 – Guard – I’m sure its hard playing with the number one prospect in the nation. Muller showed me a lot of drive and hustle. She will join a tough young Dowling crew this season who I see doing things. Strong and aggressive player who works well off the ball and locks down on defense.
Claire Lueken – Team Iowa – 2025 – Power Forward – Claire is just plain tough-nosed all around. She can play any position really. Doesn’t take bad shots and rebounds and plays defense the right way. She gets a lot of tips and hand on the ball which helps her be highly productive in a deep group of quality ballers. Highlights at https://www.hudl.com/profile/17074165/Claire-Lueken/about
Kate Harthoorn – Iowa Intensity 2026 – Point Guard – Coach Casey Gibbs moved Kate up this weekend due to a shortage in available girls. Harthoorn showed me flashes of brilliance for such a young age and competing up a few grades. She is a very capable ball-handler with a silky smooth game. Soft jumper, she will hit you with stepbacks or just freeze you and go to the rim. Her dad’s a head coach so her Basketball IQ is well advanced and she flat out works hard and practices hard. She’s never afraid to stick her nose in there and play.
Adaya Phillips – Iowa Battlers – 2027 – Guard – Phillips is a tough hooper. She can take you to the cup or pull up and hit on you all day. Flashes of sparkle in her game. She helps keep Jenica Lewis open a lot cause girls cant sneak off and double. If they do she will score on a slip cut. Extremely high basketball IQ and motor all game. She flows on the court and will turn so many heads in her career.
Mary Walker Mary Walker 5'6" | SG Newell-Fonda | 2023 State IA – 2023 – Guard – Play4Him- “The Walker”. Mary’s got a fun game to watch and plays with a fun step to her game. Strong with the ball and attacks well. A capable player at the next level.
CC Cody – 2026 – Lady Martin Brothers – CC is Undecided on where she will ball in high school. Her game is tough and she will make waves no matter where she plays. She will grow no matter where she goes.
Jordan Valley -2025 – Lady Martin Brothers – Center – Brooklyn Valley – 2025 – Lady Martin Brothers – Center – Both girls are large and aggressive all game. Tough to score inside on this lady martin brothers twin towers. I’m excited to see how they develop this summer. Big upside for this duo and I am confident they will lead their school program to state very soon.
