Emery Espinoza Emery Espinoza 5'6" | PG East Central | 2024 TX -5’6 SG (Player First) switched teams, I looked at the roster and it had another name by the number, I knew I had been out all night, plus I didn’t bring my glasses inside yet it looked like the East Central HS star and I went country and yelled DOUBLE E, she smiled and I was back on track and she still showed me she could drop it from deep, but has added the “curl off the screen” even more, yet an ankle injury sidelined her on opening day. Ramsey Robledo-5’11 (SAHE Gold JK) wasn’t Just Kidding as she put on a shooting exhibition during the playoffs with her Clark HS squad. She hurt her leg on day 2, yet the variety of ways she was scoring had me smiling. You know what, let me also give a S/O to her club teammate, 1st Team All-Tournament Kastyn Young-6’1 SG/SF from Harlan HS as she too dropped a barrage on long balls on both days, adding both to the Top 100 on the next update and speaking of adding and 1st Team, Endia Stigall Endia Stigall 5'5" | PG Hays (Buda) | 2026 State TX -5’5 CG (Barton MS) dropped 37 for her Stat Elite squad playing up, yes that MS means she’s not in HS and 2026, watch out
Tea Rodriguez-5’5 SG (Marble Falls HS) Austin Elite RFW [2023]
Rodriguez enlightened me on opening day yet just left me speechless to close it as she was simply everywhere on both ends of the court on Saturday but the show she put on for me, it’s always about me, on Sunday just took me back to a different time. It’s what she did, it’s how she did it, and her poise in the way she created her shot was just very good as she was in a zone, made teams come out of the zone as well but her quick release at dropping the long ball, sometimes off-balance was very, very good
Emma Norsworthy-5’10 (New Braunfels HS) SA Infinity Black [2023]
Norsworthy was first by yours truly right here, and players like her are reasons I travel because she is a hidden gem and you can take that from Sim yet when she goes against them defenders, be ready because she has size, she has athleticism and she’s long, that’s still the base no matter how I twist yet she can on the floor and have twisted trying to stop her jumper but she also elevates on her jumper and knocks it down consistently from mid to long-range but hold on, she also scores off the dribble and on putbacks
Arianna Rodriguez-5’4 SG (Judson HS) SA Lady Hoops Black [2023]
Rodriguez is the “fuel for the fire” because she can drop a bundle of long balls quickly and it seems like every time I’m catching her in a close game, she does just that but her quick release on the pull-up or coming off a screen is always good because she understands how to set the defender up and when to take her shot yet in “crunch time” it’s always good to have a player that can “catch and shoot” let me add with accuracy and she definitely does and did it again
Madison Hurta Madison Hurta 5'8" | PG San Marcos Homeschool | 2024 State TX -5’7 SG (HOMESCHOOL) Austin Elite RFW [2024]
Hurta is so smooth yet deliberate yet I’ve always enjoyed watching her steadiness and being strategic when she gets ready and when you’re able to drop the long ball “in the flow” like she can, hey it doesn’t matter because she’s a legitimate shooter. Off the bench, she can drop off the bat and since swinging, be ready for home-runs because don’t get it twisted, she can take over and score double digits in a couple of minutes, I’ve seen it with my own eyes
Savannah Salinas Savannah Salinas 5'11" | SG Boerne | 2025 State TX -6’0 SG (Boerne HS) Boerne Bears [2025]
Salinas was a bright spot for this talented squad and I mean talented as I see them making a state championship run, providing everyone stays healthy, that’s the key yet so is Salinas as she UNLOCKS many doors, see how I did that, to open things up on the inside as well as gives them yet another scoring threat, She creates her shot nicely but she also is ready for that point guard to hit her with “no looks” on the money but the main thing is that she delivers, huge upside
