We released an updated rankings for the class of 2024 this week. Today we look at the 2024 new additions inside the top 75!
Jordan Kosoy Jordan Kosoy 5'7" | PG Cardinal Gibbons | 2024 State FL (North Broward Prep / G Nation) – 5’7 Point Guard
Player Ranking: 40
Kosoy is the highest ranked newcomer to the class of 2024 after a stellar Sophomore campaign for North Broward Prep. The 5’7 scorer accounted for 25% of her field goals from 3, averaging 13 points, 7 assists, 5 steals, and 4 rebounds per game. She scored double digits in 16/20 games this season including a season high 18 points 4 times.
Aubrey Horn Aubrey Horn 5'8" | CG Central Florida Christian Academy | 2024 State FL (Central Florida Christian Academy / J Sizzle 2024) – 5’8 Combo Guard
Player Ranking: 52
The 2022 Sunshine State Showdown was the first chance to get eyeballs on Horn after a productive high school season for Central Florida Christian Academy. The 5’8 guard has deep 3-point range and can light it up from several feet, deep beyond the arc. We are looking forward to tracking Horn and getting a follow up eval on her.
Brooklyn Henderson Brooklyn Henderson 6'0" | PF Timber Creek | 2024 State FL (Central Florida Elite 16U 3SBB) – 6’0 Forward
Player Ranking: 54
Henderson was one of Central Florida Elite standouts at the 2022 Sunshine State Showdown after being one of the top front court players in the 2024 class at the event. She has as strong, solid 6’0 frame, rebounds the ball well, finishes in the paint vs contact and plays hard and aggressive on both ends. She is versatile and can play inside and out, showcasing the ability to knock down 15 foot range, advance defensive rebounds to start the fast break, and put it to the floor from the wing and high post to score in the paint.
Trinity Harden Trinity Harden 5'7" | CG Central Florida Christian Academy | 2024 State FL (Orlando Christian Prep / Essence) – 5’7 Guard
Player Ranking: 60
Harden had a solid Sophomore season for OCP, averaging 13.2 points (2nd on team) and grabbing 6.0 rebounds (3rd on team) per game. She is a talented and skilled guard with the offensive tools to be a big-time player and continue to be a stock riser!
Natalie Allen Natalie Allen 5'8" | SG Palm Bay | 2024 State FL (Eau Gallie / East Coast United Family 2024) – 5’8 Guard
Player Ranking: 65
Allen was impressive at the Sunshine State Showdown, establishing herself as one of ECU Family 2024 top players and one of the leading scorers in 16U. Allen dropped 19 Points versus Tre Mann Elite in the Saturday evening game. The 5’8 guard has an all-around solid offensive skillset. She has the ability to score from the outside and off the dribble. She plays hard and consistent on both ends of the floor, using her strong, solid frame to take contact and be a physical defender and rebounder.
Ziul Gonzlaez (Miami Christian / Team Knight 16U 3SSB) – 5’6 Guard
Player Ranking: 68
Gonzalez
Ziul averaged 11 points per game and established herself as one of the top 3-point shooters in Florida connecting on 33% of her long range bombs, knocking down 1+ per game and helping Miami Christian to a state championship. The 5’6 guard looks to take her sharp shooting to the 3SSB circuit and continue her high percentage outside shooting and light up the nets on the Adidas circuit with Team Knight 16U squad!
Shanaii Gamble Shanaii Gamble 5'10" | SF Somerset Academy Silver Palms | 2024 State FL (Somerset Academy Silver Palms / Miami Suns Team Larkins) – 5’10 Wing
Player Ranking: 71
Gamble was impressive in January at the New Year’s Classic and one of the top interior players for Somerset Academy Silver Palms all season. Gamble is 5’10, strong, athletic, and versatile. Averaging 8 points and 9 rebounds, she was a consistent and steady presence on a young squad that featured a number of 7th, 8th, and 9th graders in the starting lineup. Gamble reached double digit points in 13 of 26 games and double digit rebounds in 12 of 26 games, finishing the season with 7 double doubles. She is one of the top young players in South Florida and will be on the EYBL circuit with Miami Suns Team Larkins in 16U.
