Teams consisting of players from Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa, Arkansas, and Kansas gathered for a two day Prep Girls Hoops Legacy Circuit stop at Hy-Vee Arena in Kansas City, Missouri. As each day progressed players were identified as standouts for their teams in games. I joined other scouts to cover day 1. My colleagues took over day two. Below is a list of more 14U standouts with some brief notes. All are 2026s unless otherwise noted.
Nya Anderson, 5’5", G, Bonner Springs (KS), SHOtime 2026 - Anderson show some good handles and legitimacy as a three point shooting threat.
Addison Ayers, 5’7", CG, Platte County (MO), Kansas Elite White 2026 - In addition to being a three ball threat Ayers can drive the baseline with vision to drop the dime assist. She also showed quick hands to generate steals.

Kylie Bachall, 4’10", PG, Truman Middle School (MO), KC Royalty 2026, 2027 - Bachall will hurt you from the perimeter if defenders do not come out on her. When draw out, Bachall is a shifty ball handler with a nice change of pace. She keeps her head up on the drive looking for the dish or shot.

Awbree Berning, 5’7", CG, Republic (MO), SHOtime 2026 - I really like how Berning elevated on rebounds and absorbed contact on a left-side basket attack to get a score.
Sydney Doeschot, 5’5", CG, Kingsley Pierson (IA), Arena National 2026 - Doeshot has strong handles and high level athleticism to finish off the drive.
Katie Garretson, 5’8", G, St. Thomas Aquinas (KS), Kansas Elite White 2026 - Garretson brings length and a slick whirl off the drive to the guard position.
Ava Grosdidier, 5’9", F, Blue Valley Northwest (KS), Kansas Elite Red 2026 - Good catch off the rebound. Used her body well to shield the ball on 1-dribble scoring move on right block.

Addison Gulley, 5’8", CG, De Soto (KS), Kansas Elite Red 2026 - Gulley showed her quicks and use of ball fakes to get into the lane, especially from the wing.
Adrienne Kaufmann, 5’7", CG, Winchester (IL), Illinois Inferno 2026 - Off the drive Kaufmann does a good job of looking inside for the assist. She also did a used her body well to protect the ball on the finish.
Hadley Mcnatt, 5’4", Republic (MO), SHOtime 2026 - Shooter alert! Can fill it up from beyond the arc.
