These players may have had great games, outstanding weekends, or may deserve credit for having done something really. Check out Part 1 below, as well as coverage for some players that had a statement making Saturday at the event.
Now, take a look at some more players that had powerful performances at the Victory Region Finals!
Rylan Foster (2024, F, Sun Badgers 2024, Mundelein, IL)
Foster has some real tools that point to current and future success in the game of basketball. She showed excellent footwork in the paint on defense. She slid over smoothly with horizontal movement which allowed her to seamlessly play help defense.
Paige Medley Paige Medley 5'5" | PG Meade County | 2024 State KY (2024, G, Team Firstep 2024, Meadle County, KY)
Medley definitely drew my eye on Saturday with her mature game. She was steady and smart with the ball in her hands, yet wasn’t baall dependent. Medley was accurate and smart with her passes throughout the game, which I believe is just one of many ways that she shows her excellent decision making. Medley was a plus perimeter defender as well.
Amyannah Tucker Amyannah Tucker 5'6" | CG Richmond | 2025 State IN (2025, G, Dayton Vipers Elite 2025, Troy, OH)
Tucker was lights out at the Victory Region Finals! She was a leader and a floor general on the court for the Vipers squad. Tucker used her strength, physicality, and athleticism while directing traffic for her team. She was very comfortable putting the ball on the floor and attacking the rim.
Claire Weasler (2026, G, Wolverinas – 2 2026, Loyola Academy, IL)
Weasler is a point guard that many coaches would want running the show for their team. She’s got quick feet and can change direction on a dime, making her tough to stay in front of and contain. Weasler showed her ability to pass in the open floor with a pretty bounce pass to a cutting wing. She exhibited touch on her floater and was a pest on the defensive end.
Ashley Wilcox Ashley Wilcox 5'8" | CG Normal West | 2023 State IL (2023, G/F, Fusion Basketball Academy 2023 Dunn, Normal West, IL)
Wilcox simply did a lot right when I watched her at the Victory Region Finals. Her numbers may not pop off the page, but her confidence in setting an offense and the crispness of her passes certainly would. Wilcox did a great job keeping the ball moving and making the defense rotate.
