The floors are absolutely loaded with talent and I would dare say that almost every player getting minutes out there is a college prospect at some level. Here is a look at five more players who really stood out from the crowd for their stellar play this past weekend in Kansas City.
Sania Jenkins | 6-0 F | P.L.U.T.O Prospects / Narrabeen Sports Academy (ASTL) | 2024
Jenkins had the looks of a Division-I player this past weekend in Kansas City as she maneuvered her six-foot frame effortlessly down the floor. She showed great handles and some next-level athleticism. Just as I was bragging to another scout about how well she was getting to the rim and using her body to create space to finish, she stepped out and drained a three-pointer. Sania can seriously get buckets in a lot of different ways. If you give her an inch of space, she will hit the jumper from just about anywhere. She is a good defender and can guard positions one through five for you. Sania Jenkins is a big-time prospect!
Kyiah Prestridge | 6-0 G/F | Team Trae Young / Moore Central MS (OK) | 2026 | @And1Kyiah
Potentially the No. 1 eighth-grader in the state of Oklahoma was absolutely killing it this past weekend at the Dynasty Region Finals. In one game that comes to mind immediately, the defense ran a 2-3 zone where Kyiah was allowed to find the soft spot near the free-throw line and she absolutely torched them. Every time I looked up there was another mid-range jumper. In other games, she showed off amazing footwork under the rim. Her talent beneath the basket is already beyond most players her age. She is a tough defender who uses her size well and presumably is still growing, given her young age. Prestridge is most definitely one to watch as she leads the 2026 class in the state of Oklahoma to great things!
Avery Marchino Avery Marchino 6'0" | SF Bethany | 2024 State OK | 5-11 G | Oklahoma Huskies / Bethany (OK) | 2024 | @averymarchino
Not to say that some players are just out there going through the motions, but there are some players that when you see them on the court, you know you are always going to get absolutely everything they have. Avery is one of those players. Whether with her school team or her grassroots squad, you can count on her to flash into every play, scramble for every loose ball, and generally just be around all of the action. Some players just have that “wants it” factor and Marchino is one of them. Add in the fact that she is a three-level scorer and not afraid to do all of the little things down low to secure a lot of rebounds and you have the makings of what I believe to be a high-level college basketball prospect. Get your offers in now coaches because she is going to be a good one. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Sophie Goerig | 6-0 F | AAO Flight / Van Buren (AR) | 2024 | @SophieGoerig
To be honest, we don’t see too many true post players anymore these days, and sometimes it is just refreshing to see. I made a note when I saw Sophie play that she had some of the softest hands I had seen on a post in a long time. It is clear that she works at receiving the ball with her back to the basket a lot. She didn’t fumble it when it came in and instead went to work immediately, finishing in a variety of ways with hook shots from both hands and she showed off a nice up and under move at one point. Goerig is a great defender on the block as well and would make a great addition to pretty much any team that needs a genuine post presence, which I think is basically all of them. Take a look at her video. You’ll see what I mean.
Tori Kilburn | 6-0 G/F | G.O.C / Pittsburg (OK) | 2025 | @KilburnTori
I always tell other scouts and coaches that there are huge advantages to playing at small schools and Tori is living proof of that. She is a six-footer who has a tremendous outside game and can basically play any position asked of her. She can shoot the lights out and still manages to grab double-digit rebounds almost every game. She is a well-rounded player who literally can do it all. You want defense, she’s got defense. Shooting, she’s got shooting. Passing, she’s got vision and precision passes. She’s got speed and handles. When you add in the fact that she was an undefeated state champion in high school, meaning she’s a winner (and had a double-double in the championship game), you have to admit that Tori Kilburn is a major college prospect!
