Margan Allen Margan Allen 5'7" | SG Legacy SSS | 2025 State TX
Allen continues to elevate her game and watching her in the open court was a treat. She has a solid crossover coupled with the HEZ, which is hesitation and when you factor in her explosiveness as well as her body control, her finishes look easy yet they aren’t, especially when she does it after contact. The pull-up, as well as court vision, are also better
Ava Anderson Ava Anderson 5'10" | SF Lake Creek | 2025 State TX
Anderson came out on fire as I dropped ” Magic 102″ since that was the number she was wearing. She shoots it with confidence from deep, she creates her shot under pressure yet I was very impressed with her ability to “catch and shoot” with accuracy. That in itself is going to create many problems for defenders
MaKyah Foreman MaKyah Foreman 5'8" | CG Bellaire | 2025 State TX
Foreman was one of the bright spots at the PGH Freshman Showcase and what she did there got her on the WATCHLIST, one more time, I have to see for myself. She showed me she could score multiple ways however at the Southwest Showcase, she showed that as well as her ability to facilitate and that court vision will help expand her game
Kinzie Searcy
Searcy did a good job handling the ball under pressure and watching her zig-zag by defenders in the open court was nice, as was her diving on the floor for loose balls, let me drop #THROWBACK for that. She played solid defense, quick hands enabled her to get steals and which enabled her to show even more in the open court. She created her shot nicely, and also dropped the jumper
Kendall Hitchens
Hitchens has always been one of those “never takes a play off” types of players and her going hard on both ends is still a huge part of her game. She’s strong and attacks powerfully, finishing after the lick yet she also showed her jumper from a variety of spots including as I wrote, DEEP. The release is quick and fluid, she doesn’t force anything and has good upside
Kambree Adams
Adams does something I love seeing and that’s understanding how to create contact. Yeah I love a lot of things but that’s pretty valuable for a number of reasons as it makes her an “and one” waiting to happen. She also handles the ball under pressure, has solid court vision, and can drop it from mid to long-range. Her on-the-ball defense was nice and she did something else I love to see, played the passing lane
Katie “KP” Peiffer Katie “KP” Peiffer 5'11" | SG Round Rock | 2025 State TX
Peiffer caught my eye during the club season, knew she could play, yet as I so eloquently tweeted, she had both of my eyes wide open at the Southwest Showcase because she can PLAY. I knew she could shoot yet her ability to set the defender up and get her shot off effortlessly had me smiling. She knocked down both the mid and long-range and she does these things in the flow. She has a deceptive first step which keeps the defender guessing as she glides to the basket for buckets yet she’s heady and already gets it. Solid defender and she saw the floor
