The most skilled post presence in the 2023 class is Alabama-commit Essence Cody Essence Cody 6’3″ | C Valdosta | 2023 State #19 Nation GA , a five-star prospect. Cody averaged 17.6 points, 13.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 2.7 steals and 4.1 blocks as a junior. Even with her size, Cody has very nimble feet and a robust arsenal of post moves.
