1. Bailey Prewitt – Crenshaw 2026
Prewitt stood out for her off-ball play. She’s a good rebounder and has good size for a wing, fights on the glass for second shot opportunities. Sets good screens. She makes good cuts and frees herself up along the baseline. Good midrange jumper off the catch and she can handle the ball a little bit and dribble into her shot. Comfortable at times handling the ball and driving to the basket.
2. Madilyn Lam – Esperanza 2026
Lam was one of the most explosive wings I saw. A freshman, she played like a seasoned player. She was comfortable handling the ball and being the offensive focal point. She consistently beat her defender off the dribble and made strong drives to the basket. She has good size and uses it well to finish at the rim. She can shoot off the dribble and she can finish through contact at the basket, draw fouls and get to the free-throw line.
3. Helena Vu – Long Beach Poly 2025
Vu is a bit of a combo guard who spent time playing both point guard and shooting guard. She’s comfortable handling the ball and she has a size advantage when she’s playing point guard. She has good handles and keeps her dribble under control. Comfortable being the primary playmaker and keeping the ball moving in the halfcourt. Her size allows her to guard multiple positions and she did an exceptionally good job at being able to front the post.
4. Alondra Lizama – Alemany 2023
Lizama is a bit of a combo between a wing and big. She has a versatile skill-set, she’s able to handle the ball and she can play with her back to the basket. She’s very comfortable making plays off the dribble and does well off baseline drives. She can shoot off the dribble or she can finish strong at the rim. When she’s playing as a big, she can space the floor with consistent shooting from three-point range off the catch.
