Jozelynn Bostick Jozelynn Bostick 5'8" | PG Centralia | 2023 MO (Centralia): A 5’8″ 2023 point guard who was excellent when she was getting downhill off the dribble. She attacks the basket well and she is a very good finisher in the lane. She is very shifty with the ball and she can change speeds and directions well. She also dropped some nice dimes to open teammates.
Kristen Jones Kristen Jones 5'7" | PG Hallsville | 2023 State MO (Hallsville): A 5’7″ 2023 guard who is a potent offensive player with her quick first step to the basket and good use of ball fakes to keep defenders off balance. She is an excellent 3-point shooter with a quick release. Her pull up jumper was also very effective as she attacks while being under control. She also uses her speed to excel in the open court.
Morgan Ross Morgan Ross 5'11" | SG Centralia | 2024 State MO (Centralia): A 5’11” 2024 wing who was an offensive force in helping lead her team to the tournament championship. She has an excellent shooting stroke off the catch whether she’s moving without the ball or if she catches the ball and faces up on her defender. She can also knock down the mid-range jumper off the dribble. She is also a solid ball handler and passer.
Zoe Davis Zoe Davis 5'10" | SF Boonville | 2024 State MO (Boonville, pictured): A 5’10” 2024 forward who is a very productive player inside with her physical strength and activity. She has good moves around the basket to score to go along with her power game. Her drop step is effective and her spin-move in the lane is her go-to for a bucket. She also does a good job of rebounding out of her area.
Carli Ellis (Harrisburg): A 2023 forward who earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team with her excellent all-around play. She was a very effective player who can score in the post and she could also pass out of the post when she sees a double team. She can also hit the Corner 3-pointer off the catch. She is also a very active rebounder who used her length to block shots.
Madison Lucas (Hallsville): A 2023 guard who understood her assignment, which was to shoot the ball from the perimeter. And she did it well. In the game that I watched her, she knocked down three triples in the first half from the same spot on the left wing. She was also able to get to the basket off the dribble, where she delivered a couple of nifty passes to cutting teammates.
Shelby Lewis (Centralia): A 2024 forward who is a solid inside player with good fundamentals. She does a nice job of blocking out for rebounding position. She keeps the ball high and finishes well in the lane. She also displayed a nice shooting touch on a turnaround jumper in the lane.
Emerson Hammons (Salisbury): A 5’8″ 2024 guard who is a good athlete plays the game with a high motor. She was constantly moving, which made her difficult to defend. She could also knock down open 3-pointers. She was very active on the defensive end.
Haley Hagan Haley Hagan 5'10" | PF Monroe City | 2023 State MO (Hallsville): A 2023 forward who was able to use her size and physical strength very well around the basket. She is a good positional player who carves out her space inside to score in the low post and rebound. She had very little problem establishing her position when she was able to set up shop inside.
