Gale is a tough Combo Guard who makes plays in the lane and on the perimeter with her shot-making and strong takes to the basket. Joselyn doesn’t shy away from contact and provided good energy and hustle plays for her team when they were needed most.
A reliable Point Guard who can consistently knock down jumpers from beyond the three-point line, Wilcox is the leader who keeps her team steady when things get shaky. Ashley is confident with the ball in her hands and stays focused on the defensive end to help her team get stops.
Jazmyne Bynum
Jazmyne Bynum
Bynum is a lightning quick PG who needs little separation to make plays in the open floor. She has a solid jump shot from anywhere on the court and uses her vision and passing skills to set her teammates up for easy buckets in the lane.
A strong Combo Guard with good versatility, Turner scored a game-high 20 points in her first game of the tournament. Taleah shoots the ball well with confidence from deep and in the mid-range and thrives in the lane with her strength and effort on the glass.
Sophia Feeney
Sophia Feeney
Feeney is a dependable and confident Point Guard who runs the show with her pace and wide range of skills. Sophia is a talented ball-handler who makes very few mistakes and consistently knocks down shots from beyond the three-point line.
Lauren Hlava
Lauren Hlava
A lengthy athlete on the wing, Hlava showed her impressive versatility at both ends of the court with her ability to play and defend multiple positions. She is a solid shooter from deep and uses her toughness to attack the basket and finish through contact. Lauren is a big asset on the defensive end of the court, using her quick feet to defend the perimeter and her length to bother opponents in the lane.
Allie Rustemeyer
Allie Rustemeyer
Rustemeyer is another key two-way player for Normal Community who can play and defend multiple positions effectively. Allie creates open looks for herself with her cutting and ball-handling skills and plays top level defense every trip down the floor.
Brooke Ittersagen
Brooke Ittersagen
Ittersagen is a tough Point Guard who plays with a ton of energy and understands how to score around taller defenders. Brooke uses her strength to drive past defenders and absorb contact when looking to finish around the rim.
Emily Troia
Emily Troia
A skilled Combo Guard who is constantly making plays with the ball in her hand, Troia did an excellent job pushing the ball up the floor and making good decisions. She shoots the ball well from deep and uses her vision and passing skills to set her teammates up for open looks at the basket.
Hannah Struebing
Hannah Struebing
Struebing is a talented Forward who kept her team in the game against a great Normal Community team with her strong takes to the basket and tough defense. Hannah plays with great effort and confidence at all times and doesn’t shy away from challenges in front of her.
A do-it-all Point Guard who controls the game with her pace and high basketball IQ, Lamprecht led her Morton squad with 24 points in a first-round victory. Tatym consistently shoots the ball well from beyond the three-point line but did most of her damage in this game with controlled takes to the basket and crafty finishes around the rim.
