By Michael Wholey 1/1/23 7:00 AM EST

Insider Exposure hosted a number of the top teams from all across Florida as well as all across the country. We took in some of the action at Bolles School. Here are some of the class of 2024 interior standouts.

[player_tooltip player_id='434911' first='Vivian' last='Iwuchukwu'] (Montverde Academy) – 6'2 Forward

Iwuchukwu came off the bench for an extremely talented roster. She is a raw athlete with an impressive strong and athletic build that has major talent and an even bigger upside. Entering into the game when Montverde needed a spark, she immediately scored running the floor and finishing on the run. A natural athlete, she blocked several shots at the rim level and was an active rebounder chasing down rebounds out of her area.

[player_tooltip player_id='219923' first='Kiara' last='Williams'] (Palm Bay) – 6'1 Forward

<img wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} -->
Williams is always one of the strongest and most players on the court and consistently one of my favorite players to watch. She is not afraid to mix it up down low, she plays extremely physical and does all the dirty work. She is a blue collar player that plays well without the ball, rebounding on both ends and holding down the paint. She consistently plays as an undersized post against upper level competition but does not back down and makes up for the fact that she is undersized by playing more aggressively than her opponents.

[player_tooltip player_id='506033' first='Autumn' last='Thomas'] (Palm Bay) – 6'0 Forward

Thomas was a 6'0 post that played spot minutes and was a new face for me. She gave Palm Bay another interior post presence rebounding and finishing the ball well inside. She is an active player that has untapped potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='851277' first='Heloisa' last='Carrera'] (IMG Academy) – 6'4 Wing / Forward

Carrera was a young, raw post player that came off bench for spot minutes for IMG Academy that I had not seen for. Her height and length stood out and want to see more. At 6'4, she has a ton of potential and her best basketball is ahead of her. Look for her to be a stock riser as she develops her offensive game and grows into her body.

[player_tooltip player_id='219927' first='Ka'Zahria' last='Johnson'] (St. Thomas Aquinas) – 6'2 Forward – Class of 2024

<img wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} -->
Johnson was active on both ends giving St Thomas Aquinas a big presence in the paint as a shot blocker and rebounder. Johnson continues to make progress and has added to her offensive skillset, continuing to improve her finishing ability and stretching her range out to 15 feet. She keeps the ball high on offensive rebounds, finishing well inside 4 feet, keeping the ball high and absorbing contact.

Mya Johnson (St. Thomas Aquinas) – 6'1 Post – Class of 2024

Johnson was as effective as I have seen her in the paint. She is deceptively mobile and athletic for a player of her size and mass. She moves well, has good footwork, and plays hard and with a competitive nature. She worked hard to post up and establish low post position and once in the paint was very challenging for her opponents to move off her spot and out of the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='325200' first='Tayla' last='Thomas'] (IMG Academy) – 6'4 Center

Thomas has great size and mass and was a big presence in the paint. She was very active on the boards and was IMG Academy most effective interior player. She finished with close to a double double being active on both the offensive and defensive boards, finished well versus contact, and got to the free throw line often. She has soft hands and good mobility for a player of her size.
<!--
