Kaila Patterson Kaila Patterson SG Longmont | 2025 State CO – Longmont
Patterson currently leads all 5A sophomores in made threes, although she brings more to the table than just shooting. Through her season with 7-9 Longmont, Patterson has posted 10.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.8 steals per game while knocking down 34% of triples. Patterson is a methodical playmaker, rarely rushing plays or forcing passes.
Kempley Wellman – Golden
Wellman provides dependable floor spacing along with reliable help side defense. The guard has posted 7.9 points and 2.6 rebounds per game while knocking down 34% of her three point attempts. Her pivot foot is effective at creating space one on one, allowing her to make reads for teammates moving off the ball. Continuing to develop her confidence getting downhill with the off hand will be imperative to her offensive upside.
Lorelai Murphy – Canon City
Murphy is a fundamentally sound backcourt option with 11-6 Canon City. Standing right around 5’6, she can shift her feet with most backcourt opponents without fouling. Through her sophomore season, Murphy has posted 9.7 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. She does a great job keeping the ball moving in the halfcourt, rarely stagnating the offense.
Brooklyn Charlo – Mead
Charlo is already an exciting jack of all trades prospect, notably from her budding perimter skillset at 6′ tall. She is already a dependable defensive prospect, showing the ability to match up against four positions. Through her season with 11-4 Mead, Charlo is posting a team high 12.3 points alongside 3.2 steals per game. Off the catch, Charlo is knockdown from the perimeter, converting 38% of her triples. The combo guard still has plenty of room to grow as a facilitator within the halfcourt.
Alena Vondracek Alena Vondracek 5'8" | SG Northfield | 2025 State CO – Northfield
Vondracek does her part spacing the floor with a very young 7-9 Northfield group. The sophomore guard has gone through the season with 8.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game alongside 33% from beyond. Keep tabs on this team as they will work to build unparalleled chemistry through the coming years.
Eianna Jackson Eianna Jackson 5'8" | PG Vista PEAK | 2025 State CO – Vista PEAK Prep
Jackson brings an impressive defensive skillset while standing right around 5’7. The sophomore point guard possesses a wide reach, allowing her to create a bit more space with the ball in her hands. Through her season with 8-8 Vista PEAK Prep, Jackson has posted 15.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 3 steals per game. An area of immediate intrigue resides in her shot range, already proving capable hitting spot up threes from college range. Her potential as a two-way impact player cannot go overlooked.
Amirah Pena – Vista PEAK Prep
Pena lands as the other sophomore guard contributing a whole bunch of perimeter attempts. At 5’5, Pena does not mind letting it fly over contests, both from triples and mid-range floaters. Although still having room to grow with her shooting efficiency, the guard brings tangible passing vision off the dribble. Through her season, she has posted 9.4 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 2.6 steals per game.
