Kylie Mayer Kylie Mayer 5'7" | SG Palmer Ridge | 2024 State CO – Palmer Ridge
Mayer currently leads 5A among juniors for made triples, at 38. The 5’7 shooting guard has been productive through her season with 15-2 Palmer Ridge. She has posted 10.1 points and 3.7 rebounds per game while knocking down 39% of triples. Mayer is knockdown off the catch, especially when coming out of the corners. Another facet of her perimeter skillset is being a dynamic downhill driver, capable putting pressure on the defense with either hand.
Penny Urquhart Penny Urquhart 5'10" | SG Littleton | 2024 State CO – Littleton
Urquhart is a capable lead ballhandler with Littleton who can control the halfcourt pace. Through her season with 11-5 Littleton, Urquhart has posted 13.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game while knocking down an exceptional 39% of her triples. At roughly 5’10, the lead guard benefits from seeing above the defense. Either responding to help defense or simply making a proactive skip pass, Urquhart provides stability. Not to mention she is a capable shooter off the catch or when stepping into the shot.
Makenna McGraw – Pueblo West
McGraw has been excellent off the catch for Pueblo West, knocking down 37% of her three point attempts with 10-6 Pueblo West. At roughly 5’6, the shooting guard has posted 8.5 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. She takes her time surveying the halfcourt, rarely risking errant passes. Although not the tallest player with Pueblo West, McGraw has no problem seeking out contact for rebounds or attempts in the paint.
Madison Moyers Madison Moyers 5'10" | SG Roosevelt | 2024 State CO – Roosevelt
Moyers enjoys pushing the pace and keeping the defense on their toes. The 5’10 guard has her eyes up at all times, often times looking for long outlet passes through the fullcourt or those cross court skip passes against a defense shading the strong side. Through her season with Roosevelt, Moyers has posted 12.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 2.3 steals per game along with 47% efficiency on three point attempts. The junior guard also epitomizes quick hands on defense, altering or deflecting at least a half dozen passes per game.
Peyton Pack Peyton Pack 5'10" | SG Frederick | 2024 CO – Frederick
Pack brings an intriguing skillset at roughly 5’9 given her ability to defend both backcourt positions. Through her season with Frederick, she has posted 6.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game while knocking down 42% of her triples. Pack does well seeking out openings on the perimeter, doing her part to be an offensive threat.
Teren Sanchez – Pueblo West
Sanchez is yet another knockdown perimeter threat with Pueblo West, proving capable under a variety of roles. The 5’4 guard does a lot with a limited usage rate with the ball. Within a few dribbles, Sanchez is dependable making decisions as a cerebral passer and up tempo playmaker. Through her season with Pueblo West, the junior has posted 8.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game while contributing 36% of triples.
