Sage Maccauley, 5’9 W/F – Spaulding High School Class of 2023
The versatile Maccauley has been rolling lately. Sage has put up numerous double-doubles with her crafty inside/out offensive game and high gear motor. She’s a three-level scorer with savvy post instincts, slashing ability, and a nice catch-and-shoot stroke. She defends 3-5 with great anticipation and has put up huge rebounding numbers. She can do it all.
Peyton Guay, 5’9 G/W – West Rutland School Class of 2025
Peyton has been getting a lot of attention in the local papers with her big-time scoring numbers but she’s so much more than a scorer. Guay is a tough-minded two-way player who makes the basketball play. She’s a smart scorer and playmaker who gets everyone involved, plus she’s a pest defensively, capable of creating tons of offense from defense. Peyton’s mentality out there is laser focused on winning.
Karsyn Bellomo, 5’8 G – Rutland High School Class of 2023
The floor general, Bellomo has RHS running like a well-oiled machine. They’re on a seven game winning streak and Karsyn’s on-court leadership has been pivotal. Her unselfish, team first mentality has put RHS in the conversation for top in D1.
Sakoya Sweeney Sakoya Sweeney 5'6" | CG Lake Region | 2023 State NewE , 5’8 G – Lake Region High School Class of 2023
Sweeney’s infectious energy and positive communication has made for a winning culture at Lake Region. They’re 6-3 in large part due to Sakoya’s two-way leadership. She’s an absolute worker defensively, both on and off ball, and her communication is constant. Offensively she knows how to get everyone involved while staying aggressive as a scorer. Sweeney and LRHS are among the top of D2.
Addison Cadwell, 5’8 G – Thetford Academy Class of 2024
The do-it-all Cadwell is the backbone of this Thetford squad. She may be listed as a guard, and she certainly runs the show, yet she plays inside and out. Addison uses her strong frame to battle in the paint when needed, cleaning the glass and going toe-to-toe against post players. She’s apt to grab that board and push tempo with tough takes to the rim and savvy feeds, plus she can hit from range. She’s simply a hooper.
Neveah Camp, 5’7 G – Burr and Burton Academy Class of 2023
Camp burst onto may radar in December and hasn’t let up. She’s a much-needed ballhandler on a BBA team thin with guards. Neveah’s ability to handle ball pressure and organize sets has been crucial to BBA’s hot start. Moreover, she’s keen on attacking the hoop and she converts her looks at the free throw line at a high clip. Camp’s grit, hustle, and skill make her highly impactful.
Shelby Wells Shelby Wells 5'9" | SF State NewE , 5’9 G/W – Peoples Academy High School Class of 2023
Shelby is a high-IQ combo guard with solid court awareness. Wells’ anticipation allows her to get in passing lanes often as she senses just where opponents are intending to go. Plus, her spacing and movement on offense make her a savvy off-ball threat with her knock down stroke off the catch. She facilitates on both ends and makes a significant impact as she gels everyone together.
Brittany Love, 5’4 G – Fair Haven Union High School Class of 2023
Brittany’s agility and activity have been key as FHUHS jumps out to a 10-0 start to the season. Love is a pass-first PG who can slip into the second layer in an instant. She has great vision for back cutters and relocating shooters, manipulating defenders with eye fakes and pass fakes. Moreover, she’s a natural open court player with her pressing ability and transition playmaking. Love and FHUHS are on a tear.
Caitlyn Davison, 5’8 G – Hazen High School Class of 2024
Hazen sits at 7-1 and Caitlyn has been essential to the cause. Davison is comfortable at the 1 or the 2 with her savvy offensive orchestration and off-ball movement. She reads defenses well and effectively gets sets into motion. Plus, she moves intuitively into defensive gaps when off the ball and is a shooter off the catch. She can defend 1-3 and does so with great work ethic.
Sophia Rockwood Sophia Rockwood 5'7" | CG Windsor | 2025 State NewE , 5’7 G – Windsor High School Class of 2025
