This roster is talented from top to bottom. With young ladies who can bring it every single night. Can they get hot? Oh yeah, in an instant. They have the ability to make an impact on the game quickly in so many different ways. From slicing to the rim to hitting clutch shots down the stretch, these young ladies have the fortitude of what it takes to be some of the best in the state.
Just thinking out loud, this team is more well-rounded than most. From dynamic scoring threats to banging it down in the post, it’s toughness that plays a key attribute that these young ladies bring. What’s even more exciting about this group, they don’t back down no matter who they are playing.
Here are the ball players who will represent Team 4 in the BCAT All Star game in Division ll.
Madelyn Ladd Madelyn Ladd 5'10" | PF Webb-Knoxville | 2023 State TN (Sr./5’10/F/ Webb-Knoxville)– Sharp shooting forward who is solid on both ends of the floor. Can stroke it from deep, but is very effective in the mid-range game. She’s a key contributor on both ends of the floor. She’s a Carson Newman signee who will bring an impactful presence on the first day on campus.
Anna Echols Anna Echols 5'7" | PG Harpeth Halls | 2023 State TN (Sr./ 5’7/ PG/ Harpeth Hall)– Dual threat athlete who possesses quickness and tenacity. Fierce competitor who can score the ball, but also lead her team in many ways. Heady player who can make timely assists, defends, and provide the necessary leadership to uplift her teammates.
Ella Fire (Sr./5’8/SG/ Briarcrest Christian)– Dual-threat athlete who possesses great hands. She has a keen eye for the hoop as she can knock it down from the long range consistently. Fierce competitor who brings tons of energy and fight the floor nightly. Doesn’t force her game, she picks her spots on when to strike.
Kate Grogan (Sr./5’10/F/ Lipscomb Academy)– Solid Dual threat-athlete who is consistent as they come. Knows how to pick her spots. Heady player who is a finisher from beyond the 3 point line and in. Contributes in multiple statistical categories, she’s scrappy and will do the little things to help propel her club.
Berklee Scifres (Sr./5’7/ G/ Hutchison)– The Embry-Riddle signee is always looking to make an impact for her club. Scrappy kid who can shoot the ball. Love the arc, but can get down hill and finish. A determined individual who brings an infectious attitude every time she steps onto the court.
Madison Jones (Sr./5’5/SG/ CAK)– Solid contributor who gets it done. It’s the little things that separates her game from others. She’s a two-way player who can be impactful. From shooting 3s to grinding it down on D, she’s a heady player who is determined to do whatever it takes to seal the victory.
Hadleigh Wharton Hadleigh Wharton 5'10" | SF Baylor | 2023 State TN (Sr./5’11/G/Baylor)– Confident scoring threat who can score the ball in many ways. From being a spot up shooter to putting the ball on the floor, she finds a way to sink the rock. Heady player who picks her spots on when to strike, yet can do the other necessary things to get her teammates involved as well. Solid kid who impacts the game nightly.
Trinity Brooks (Sr./5’7/F/ Jackson Christian)– Multi- sport athlete who uses her speed to affect the outcome of the game. Downhill threat who slices to get into the paint. Possesses great court awareness that enables her to anticipate on the defensive end. Loves to compete and get after it especially on D.

(Sr./5’8/ CG/ MTCS)– Dynamic scoring guard who is a special talent. Can score the ball in many ways. Great in the transition game, she uses her defensive prowess to get stops leading to easy buckets. Phenomenal with the ball in her hands, she going to find the bottom of the net somehow. Off the dribble, pull-up in transition, spot up on the wing, it doesn’t matter, the ball is going in. Great talent that is always making an impact.

(Sr./6’5/C/ Webb- Bell Buckle)– Big time player who does big time things. The LSU signee and McDonald’s All-American is a big deal. Her game is supersized, as she impacts the game with her presence in so many ways. A beast on the block, she has nice moves in the painted area. On D, she blocks shots and gains rebounds. An exceptional big who makes her presence known from start to finish.
