Prep Girls Hoops Florida scout Ross Van De Griek is on the grounds of the RP Funding Center in Lakeland all week. Here are the top five standouts from the Class 4A Semifinal between Cardinal Gibbons and Bishop Kenny. The Crusaders advanced to the 4A title game with a 69-47 win over the Lady Chiefs and will face Lake Highland Prep.
The Kennesaw State signee was attacking on all cylinders finishing with a team-high 17 points on 3 made 3-pointers and going 8-for-9 at the free throw line. She also added four rebounds, five assists and three steals in the win. In the 4th quarter she reached the 1,000 career point milestone.
The 6-0 junior guard was in the passing lanes and very active defensively forcing tough shots for Cardinal Gibbons. Roundtree finished with 12 points, with 10 of them coming on drives to the basket. She showed her freakishly athleticism as well getting steals which led to fastbreaks and easy baskets on the offensive end.
Despite getting into early foul trouble, the 6-1 junior forward was getting timely buckets finishing with 10 points and 9 rebounds in today’s 69-47 win over Cardinal Gibbons. Coyle got her baskets when attacking the rim and going to the foul line, where she went 2-of-5 from the free throw line.

The 5-9 senior point guard was one of two scorers to reach double figures for the Chiefs, finishing with 14 points on just 4-of-11 shooting from the field. Williams scored most of her points when she was cutting to the basket or off of rebounds.
The 5-6 senior guard was the focal point of the Chiefs offense today, finishing with a team-high 17 points and dished out five assists as well. Mantziori also went 5-for-7 from the free throw line and 1-of-3 from beyond the arc.
