Fresno Central Player Performances:
Talia Maxwell
Talia Maxwell
Talia put on a show for the audience, she put up numbers that most would not believe unless they saw it with their own eyes and believe me, I did not believe it and I was watching it myself. When that stat sheet came around and you actually look at what a kid is doing, you are surprised when it says this, she scored 24 points, 24 rebounds, 6 blocks and 2 steals. Now that is a heck of a stat line for one person, she did some major work in this game and no one on the floor could stop her production. She has great size, she has a scorers mentality and she has impeccable timing to block that many shots in one game. Player, is all I have to say.
Illicia Ross
Illicia Ross
Illicia is a good guard that knows how to run the team and make shots when her team needs her too. She has good size for a guard and she knows how to play the game, she can handle the ball and lend minutes at the point guard position, but her true position is scoring guard. She ended the game with 10 points and 9 rebounds, that is a solid game for her and she did the little things that helped her team get the win.
Vivian Moore
Vivian Moore
Vivian is another guard for Fresno Central that is solid on the floor, knows how to play the game and is patient on the floor throughout the game. She can handle, she can score and she is capable of playing some good defense. She scored 9 points and 8 rebounds, which are good numbers to contribute to the win in this champioship game.
Bonita Vista Player Performances:
Kaylyn played hard in this game, she put her team on her back and put up a great performance for the audiene and any coaches looking for a good point guard to run their team on the next level. She scored 17 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 assists for the game, those were good numbers in our opinion for a point guard. She was solid throughout the game, she always plays great defense, she is a ball-hawk against her opponents. She played well in our eyes and she did all she could do for her team and had to play the whole game to get those results.
Mahliya Wilson
Mahliya Wilson
Mahliya soored the ball well in this game to help her teammates try and get the win, she did some of everything in this game to help them hang in there close. She made some good plays and was able to do some good things on the floor, she scored it, she defended and was able to get a few blocks. Her stat line was 14 points, 11 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 assist in this game, pretty good stat line for her.
